I'd propose a compromise where abortion was legal after posting a public notice first with the father being named also. Sorta like when you declare bankruptcy you don't get to do it in private with no one knowing. Maybe make them post a big sign in their front yard like we do when people ask for rezoning of a piece of property. Unborn children deserve at least the same amount of recognition that they're getting shafted as creditors. Irresponsible momma still gets her vacuum tube, she just won't be able to hide and pretend it never happened.

What legitimate government objective would be promoted by publicly shaming women choosing to receive a legal medical procedure and how would this not be an egregious violation of HIPPA?

The only people that know about a bankruptcy are people affected by it.

Making them acknowledge their act and not compartmentalize it away and pretend it never happened. The recently SCOTUS approved method of making them bury or cremate the results of their "choice" is another good option.

Fake but accurate.

Like I said, thanks for culling the future Dem voter base.

No, fake and inaccurate. You should simply admit you got it wrong.

As for what it does to future Democratic voting numbers who cares? Access to abortion is a moral issue. If Democrats would win more elections by immorally taking away people's control over their own bodies then there's no point in Democrats winning anyway as we're sacrificing the principles that make liberals better to begin with.

Here's hoping you abort your way down zero Democratic voters.

Why do you care if they pretend it never happened or not, other than out of some twisted attempt to punish women for their sexual agency? Should we publish a list of everyone who gets lap band surgery so that they can never pretend they weren't fat? Maybe a catalog naming and shaming everyone who comes into the ER with something strange inserted in their rectum?

Hey man, if racism and revenge fantasies against the poor and Democrats is what it takes to get you to support abortion rights I'll take it.

When I did some work with case managers years back one of their favorite sayings was 'you have to meet people where they are'. Sometimes that means accepting unpleasant things about people so you can focus on positive outcomes on the measures you can affect.

Maybe you'd start to care if we started using the left's language for immigration and calling them "undocumented babies".

You never do know, I encourage you to give it a shot.

Remember though, supporting abortion rights is going to get you that future you dream of. After so many new Democratic voters are aborted Republicans will win everything and then do nothing about climate change, meaning the remaining liberals in the coastal cities will drown and die! You'll be able to rest, satisfied, that their final moments will be filled with regret at defying you.

Yeah, just imagine if Thanos snapped his fingers and all of a sudden the tens of millions of black babies who were aborted over the decades since Roe v. Wade suddenly appeared.

Somehow though I think even with the omnipotence conferred by the Infinity Gauntlet, even Thanos couldn't snap into existence a progressive who accepted the concept of personal responsibility.

Gee, I wonder if Thanos would be pro-life or pro-choice? Checks how many tens of millions of abortions have occurred....

I want to visit some personal responsibility on whoever made that incredibly shitty gif. It's like someone took a pizza roller to poor Thanos.

Sorry if the evil of abortion isn't as pretty as you'd like it to be. Ironic how the reality doesn't look as good as you pictured it. Guess the vacuum was out of service and the pizza roller was all that was available to remove all those babies from the womb.

I too often wonder if giant, purple, comic book characters would support my preferred policy positions.

I've been rethinking my views on the wisdom of fusion power lately because frankly Doctor Octopus was a pretty evil guy and he tried to destroy New York with it.

Hey wait I thought you were a fan of abortion now? Don't go all soft on me. Also, Thanos has a dog? Could be a goat or a ram or something. Hard to tell.

I hope it's a goat, those are adorable.

Since you were the one who started posting Thanos in the first place. Just admit it, the evil comic book character who wants to kill billions more closely aligns to your views than mine.

I don't know how to respond to this because I don't think you're joking.

I can say I'm very glad we had this conversation though, haha.

You truly are a nasty piece of work. You need a silver shirt for sure.
