im embarassed, 107. i just didn't take it seriously. i hate wall balls.
instead . i did muscle ups and bar muscle ups to make myself feel better.

hahaha

I was able to get to 180 (150 + 30 double-unders). It took me until 10:54 to finish the wallballs. By the 30th wallball I was doing only 5 at a time with a few seconds rest after each set. After walking over to my jump rope I was only able to string together groups of about 7 or 8 at most and a lot of 1 or 2.

This wod was awful.

Good work guys, i was just mad i did not get to the double unders which i am good at. Just not there strength/endurance wise yet.

12 Toes-to-bar
15 Clean and jerk
15 Toes-to-bar
18 Clean and jerk
18 Toes-to-bar...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

men @ 135, women @95
hrm .. maybe 18? lol

We had our weekly viewing party at the box and afterward, one of our 150lb dudes put up a 94 on his first attempt. We all knew he'd do well, but dang. 🙂

Got 37, i think i could get into the mid 40's pretty easy if i did it again. The toes to bars started to suck.

Workout 13.5

MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.

Well this weeks will be quick, 15 thrusters and done.

I am glad i did the official one this year just to see how i did, will be happy to see how much progress i make next year.

I only got 28. I got through the thrusters in less than a minute but I had a lot of trouble with the chest 2 bar pullups (obviously). I just couldn't lift or kip myself up to the bar.

I finished at 15, was mad, i literally could not do a pullup 1/2 way 3 months ago, now i can get my chest almost to the bar but could not get it the last 1/2 inch to touch. Probably did 10 no reps almost there ones.

Was a good learning experience and i look forward to next year.

I had the same problem with the chest 2 bar. I was high enough but I just couldn't get that last 1/2 inch and I also had around 10 no reps. So annoying.

LOL, my mind had already checked out at 4 and 5 and didn't even notice those obstacles you pointed out in 6 and 7
