I starting Crossfit in middle of Dec, never lifted weights before and overall out of shape. I am coming along pretty well so far. I registered for the games to gauge where i am this year vs next on overall standings.
I did 100 reps with tie break time was 9:27.
I killed myself on my first 40 burpees pace, i went in wanting to do them around 15 a min, looked up and was at 20 in 47 seconds, stopped for a second and then i was done the fatigue set in ha. I finished the first 30 in 3:11 after that start.
The 75lb snatchs did not feel to bad, i got a few attempts at 135 and had one above my head and had to drop it.
Still feel pretty good from where i started, i am now going 5 days a week and starting to run twice a week before classes.
