Oh dear. The morally upright and politically loathsome are offended by proxy from comments made about Trump the Cowardly Cockholster?

"Fuck your feelings" sums it up for me.

Trumptards and Fox Noise getting uptight about decorum and name calling, that is just too funny. It's almost like they don't realize how effectively they've banished their own right to bitch about this kind of thing. Poor snowflakes, this critical thinking stuff is hard huh?

Please explain, in detail. how calling saying Trump's mouth is Putin's cockholster is in any way homophobic?

You cannot. You can only imply that it is. Meanwhile, the real implication here is that Trump is Putin's bitch and that has no homophobic implications whatsoever.

In fact, the ONLY people I see crying "homophobia" about this are right wing homophobes. So the irony is astounding.

Hell, I give him credit for making that happen, however it happened, through whatever duplicitous means....but achieving POTUS for the sole intent of "Erasing Obama" is both petty and completely unproductive.

I take issue with calling Trump's methods duplicitous when he just gave the conservative base exactly what they wanted. For some years the GOP establishment had been moving away from straight up racism due to the demographic tide, but trump & pals sure set them (& the country) right.

Too harsh. Let's just say that Trump doesn't exactly bring out the best in people. He lures them over to the dark side.

I have to admit, however, that he sure does have a purty mouth...

Trump does have Putin's #[=& in his mouth. Holding it with his tiny hands. He always does the zoolaander sucking lips as if he did it last night.

Didn't seem like he had to do much luring with the sorts real pleased that somebody finally had the balls to reveal where hussein was from and put them mexicans in their place.

Oh big men on campus doing something about that nasty man 🙄

FCC to investigate, 'take appropriate action' on Colbert’s Trump rant

The Law

What are the statutes and rules regarding the broadcast of obscene, indecent, and profane programming? Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 1464, prohibits the utterance of any obscene, indecent or profane language by means of radio communication. Consistent with a subsequent statute and court case, the Commission's rules prohibit the broadcast of indecent material during the period of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. FCC decisions also prohibit the broadcast of profane material between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Civil enforcement of these requirements rests with the FCC, and is an important part of the FCC's overall responsibilities. At the same time, the FCC must be mindful of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 326 of the Communications Act, which prohibit the FCC from censoring program material, or interfering with broadcasters' free speech rights.

Is Colbert even on broadcast TV?

What time does late night start? Yeah, I think Colbert will be fine.

Slate goes into it a little more:

"For the comment to be considered an obscenity, it must meet a three-tier test as determined by the Supreme Court. The FCC’s official definition reads as follows: “It must appeal to an average person’s prurient interest; depict or describe sexual conduct in a ‘patently offensive’ way; and, taken as a whole, lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.”

His comment was definitely political so unless the FCC does hatchet job, (which they very well might) he should skate on the fine.

its like those mohammed cartoon spectacles in europe som years back.. just instead of talibans and salifists being butthurt its the big orange and the conservative crowd. When you think about it the right/alt-right sort of IS american analogs to talibans.
