My advice to postmortemIA: ^%$# the FCC. Pilot a Cub and fly under the Radar. No flight plans.

Fly a Skeeter or J6, diving in and lifting outta ponds under full power, light or loaded. You will never forget it. I did at 15 but lost my interest in flying when I mounted an Italian Breganzie.

Does anyone see the irony of Trump supporters calling someone homophobic.

Sheik so much for your yuk input - I'm just defending Colbert with a little flourish. I'm not upset because I'm Canadian and joking around. Are you American ?

If so you should be ashamed with your typical ignorant American retort - LOL.

naturally, they do it with racism, sexism and every other ism under the sun.

a simple look at all the Republicans and Democrats in DC and it is blatantly obvious that only one party truly represents the variety that makes this country great.

it was an honest question, with a smattering of snark. And I kinda started this thread, so I'm probably on Colbert's side as well, although I've been really vague regarding my feelings for drumpf

As a Canadian I don't totally disapprove of Trump's agenda as he is a cooperate Billionaire CEO but he's no Politician.

Granted Canada doesn't want foreign slave labor but a living wage for citizens with a Guaranteed Pension and Health Care. Fortunately Canada is years behind America (So Americans say). Canadian Politics just might correct North American Crap - Scary ain't it if this young Trudeau starts behaving like his Father did.

After all he is a young spoiled rich son of a Famous Political Millionaire and grew up to be a Politician in the World Stage and well accepted - Not like Trump..

I'm not giving up on Trump yet. In spite of his political awkwardness he has attributes; knows the monopoly game of international cooperate affairs and banking where he says he will mediate a fair share of global profit among all nations but at what expense when weighing crimes against humanity or environmental crisis ...etc.

Trump is definitely different kind of Electric. Brash, no diplomacy, not a politician and needs stern reminders on how to behave even though I believe he means the best for all of us considering all the differences we have between us.

We got a long way to go.

Typical American douche response - Expand what you say would be appreciated.

Apparently you can't handle when foreigners whom may just know more about American politics and comedy and want to converse with reality then somebody like you who have over 45,000 "One Line Plugs" specializing in demeaning what you can't comprehend and refuse to take interest and participate..

i'd say this, you pretty much gave Trump a BJ without actually saying anything positive about him. (pun intended to stay on topic)

you approve of his agenda because he is a "cooperate [sic] Billionaire CEO" as if that means he is qualified. there are billionaire CEOs who started with nothing and built a fortune, but Donald is not one of those. there are billionaire CEOs who don't take a near $1 billion loss on their personal taxes in order to not pay taxes for the next couple of decades, but Donald is not one of those. there are billionaire CEOs who haven't gone through mulitple bankruptcy's, but Donald is not one of those. and not all of those billionaire CEOs are necessarily capable or qualified to run this country.

you say "In spite of his political awkwardness he has attributes" yet can't name any actual good attributes that he has. if he was so great at banking and with money, why was he unable to get a loan in the US for quite some time? the truth is he is a lying narcissistic con-man who used debt, write-offs, loop holes and screwing people to make more money with the money he got from his rich dad, much like Trudeau, who i have more respect for. there is absolutely no reason to suspect that Trump cares about average Americans, other than to take their money and put it in his pocket. he sold a bunch of them a bag of bullshit at a fourth grade level and they lapped it up.

and your last paragraph is pretty much of list of things that aren't Presidential, and there are plenty more that could be added to that list.

Holy shit Duck - I had a feeling you would get in on this and you do write much more beautiful then me. You type like a Barrel of Monkeys but I fall a sleep trying to read it partly because I'm 1/2 blind.

However; all I wanted to do was defend Colbert from my Canadian view and expand on the innuendo of his jokes were I labeled Colbert as a Court Jester spewing Free Speech and that we are not at risk being arrested for laughing at his jokes.

It's 3:00 AM here and I got to hit the hay.

Thanks Guys, you too Allen, gotta go back a read this shit over to let it sink in and might get back.

Interesting - Ron

You absolutely give yourself too much credit and believe that you make more sense than you do. Can I assume you were raised by a you-can-do-no-wrong kind of momma? Don't your type wind up on American Idol on the unfortunate reel?

*hint - hone those comedic skills.
**another hint - don't assume you know more about American politics than the majority of this forums users. They be a clever bunch I tell ya. <---- translation: Very informed and articulate.

LOL... poor, persecuted drumpfy, his cheerleaders at fox are still whining about this.
Yet when drumpf uttered that infamous 'grab them by the pussy'
a fox reporter wrote this
The sudden onset of Victorian vapors among the liberal intelligentsia and political class at the revelation of Trump’s locker-room talk is part and parcel of the left’s hypocrisy when it comes to feminism and sexual liberation.
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2016...-tape-but-loves-culturally-lewd-behavior.html

So, so downtrodden and persecuted they are.

Glenn Beck warns Stephen Colbert: ‘You have become me, circa 2009’
The Blaze founder: ‘I know what you’re doing. I’ve been there. It doesn’t work’

Oh man, where to begin? The lulz. I have them.

I think the outrage is more along the lines of being hypocrites. It's seems to be acceptable for Left leaning people to say any racist, homophobic, sexist, or xenophobic comment they wish as long as it's directed towards right leaning individuals.

And it seems that 'the right' only finds free speech acceptable as long as it's not directed towards right-leaning individuals. But no hypocrisy there, right?
