Prove it. Prove it before you inflict your drug on other people. It took decades to get the current meager legal restrictions on smokers. Fuck if we'll put up with the same shit all over again because asswipes want to inflict their drugs on others.
 
I don't see a problem with people vaping in public. Those of you who bitch about it, do you care if people smoke a joint near you? Do you care if people vape weed?

People who smoke weed in public should be jailed. Just as people who smoke tobacco in public should be jailed. Maybe bring back public flogging to save jail costs.

I'm all for pot/vape/tobacco being legal but not legal to inflict on others. Do onto yourself as you wish, but keep your shit away from other people. It's pretty simple.

Bingo. And I agree, it is impossible to prove second hand vapors are harmless since there are so many varieties of the liquid you put in the dang things. If there's THC in the liquid you can't expect me to believe zero THC comes out secondhand.

At some point we may know the answer. Unfortunately, right now, we don't know the harmfulness of vaping. It is unregulated and anyone's guess. Right now, we just have people who do it harping that it's fine with no real evidence proving that (just saying the ingredients isn't exactly proof).

Are you considering nicotine a "drug"?, well technically your right, but I know of no one that uses their gear to get "high' from vaping and kids are gonna be kids, if all vaping gear were made illegal tomorrow is anyone foolish enough to think that would stop fools from experimenting with the latest "chemical of the month" that comes along?. As for my "habbit" it would be impossible for you to ingest enough vapor to get nicotine in your system because someone was vaping in the same room. If your that paranoid you might as well stay indoors, if a garbage truck or bus comes along you might fall over in wrenching agony!.

There is probably a minute amount that "might" be detectable but your not going to fail a drug test because of someone else's vaping just like your not going to get addicted to nicotine either. You must be one of those people that walks around with a respirator mask 24/7.

Can you prove that non-zero THC is harmful?

Laws do not directly define what is legal. They define what is illegal and, in course, determine what is legal by limitations. Your liberties are supposed to be unlimited until they infringe on the liberties of others, therefore, the burden of proof that it is harmful falls on YOU. With no reason to think otherwise there is no justification for this vitriolic response.

Note: I've never smoked, never vaped, and never toked. My reasoning is pure logic and not bias.
 
Ya, the article is rubbish.

But
1) No one know if vaping is safe. There are oils involved. So basically, you are inhaling oil. Sounds as healthy as inhaling smoke from a grease fire. Something I also would not do daily.
2) Cigarette companies own these e vapors. They are targeting kids in ads! They are for quitting smoking, not starting!

These things should be by prescription only in order to quit smoking.

THC is an easy example. The fact remains that since you have no idea what is in any of the oils there may be harmful substances. Ignorance is not bliss.
 
I went down from 12mg nicotine to 6, then to 4, and now I'm on 2. Pretty soon I probably will not need it any more.
