The class mods are unique to the Tiny Tiny DLC, so I guess you need to have that DLC for the reward(s).

Ok, at least I got the Transformer shield.

Wish there was an easier way to enter these codes for the xbox, only did a few last night and gave up to actually play.

yep. They also spawn at whatever level the character is that gets them. They can also range from white to purple rarity. I got a purple for Gunzerker and Psycho (I haven't bought that package), and a white one for my main, Siren. :|

Ok, I only entered the codes for the 4 main ones. Didn't realize they were tied to the TT DLC though.

I only have the UVM DLC and haven't even used it yet. Got level 50 Axton and Maya, been playing Sal for a bit now got him to around 32-33 and haven't even tried Zero yet. Trying to get them all to 50, with some possible farming for gear before trying UVM.

While it's not as easy as copying and pasting on Windows, you can just plug a USB keyboard into the 360. My second 360 used to have a keyboard plugged into it at all times with an extension cable. If people started writing messages to me, I would just get the keyboard to make responding a lot less of a hassle. I have the chatpad as well, but it's not that great.

Nice....your probably getting close to finishing your first playthrough...are your gonna try TVHM? DLC's?

Yes I only have one optional mission and then the last mission left so I’m going to play them tonight, can’t wait! Loving this game.

Not sure what to do afterwards, not sure how it works exactly. I will definitely have a look at the DLC, if it’s up to the standards of the main game it must be pretty good. Someone on steam was trying to sell me a spare season pass a while back, I must try and remember which steam friend it was!

Is there a squence to play the dlc? About to start playing the game etc.

I'd probably do the pirate one first (Captain Scarlett something I think), then perhaps Torgue (or switch these). Definitely do Tiny Tina third or fourth. If you don't do Torgue DLC first, some things in Tiny Tina's DLC won't make as much sense. I'm not sure how Hammerlock fits into the equation. It's the one I haven't completed (or really gotten that far into).

Oh, and absolutely finish the first playthrough of the vanilla game first.

I haven’t tried co-op on this yet. Do co-op players need to be at similar levels? I’m only at level 34.

when you co-op, the person that invites acts as a host (or of someone joins your game, you are also host). Your game world and progress becomes the default level.

so you can be very different levels, but bear in mind that someone may be overleveled and OP--though it's probably best for the lowest level to host if there is a significant difference in levels, otherwise it would be impossible for the lower level player.

loot and all of that is tied to the host's game level.

So it seems that Siren did get a little love with the new Legendary mods, which is nice. Hopefully Gear Box truly is going to fix the Cataclysm tree (hoping they don't nerf the only raid-friendly solo Siren build--or at least make them more manageable with new fixes)

yesterday, I was farming fatty bones outside of Flamerock Refuge which very rarely spawn (there are two skeleton mobs that can produce a Tubby Bones in that area where the Mr Boney Pants boss spawns at the beginning). It took hours (was doing this while watching GB/SF game), but I got 4 spawns, and each of them dropped a Legendary--Mechromancer Anarchist mod, Soldier somethingorother mod, Berserker Torch mod (all of these level 64 or 65), and a Bunny launcher.

Well, needless to say, I got pissed with the grind (it only takes about 15 seconds to run in, scan for the fatty in those 2 mobs, logout, and back in to repeat), so I just gibbed myself a Legendary Cat :\ ...it's quite nice.

At least, in the process of making the Cat mod and saving, the game seems to have erased my legendary Psycho mod and the Bunny...so I guess there's some karma. The spawn rate of those things is atrocious, but in my experience, it was 4/4 Fatties with legendary drops. :\

I've tried going after tubby scaggs in 3 Horns Valley (the spawns near Doc Mercy), but none yet. I guess I will expand that to all the skaggs by the steam pumps. Also, there are several more bone mobs just outside that gate to Flamerock and on the shoreline--often fighting golems--so that would increase the potential spawn rate and make the grind a bit less mind-numbing.

Cliffs: anyone that wants the new legendary mods, get thee to some tubby critters and lay waste.

You still have those? I can't remember, but those might be what I use...!

yep, that one survived my noodling.

I can "dupe" it or whatever if you wish--ATer here was mentioning that to me and I'm not sure what that means. I was going to give him the Psycho mod, because I will likely never make one (which is how I discovered it missing), but I will eventually use the Mech one. I'm already at level 8! :D

here it is: (level 64--guess it really makes no difference) hmm, shit...maybe I will gibb it to use on my level 8? :hmm:

When you change the item level does it change the stats? I've found a few lower level legendaries I'd like to buff up to higher levels.

Yes, it does. There are two places that you have to change the item level though I believe. Two fields that seem to correlate to the item's level. Pretty easy to spot.

Duping means duplicating. Quick way to make a copy of an item for another player(s). Given the low drop rates, and necessity of top end gear required for end game content, its pretty common in online play from what I have seen.

You either Alt-F4 or do it via duel feature (which still works) in the trade system.

You can also tag your save file as read-only, then put your desired item into the shared stash, retrieve the desired item from the stash (with alternate character), then uncheck read-only on your save file.

Hmm if you really don't want it, I wouldn't mind it. :$ :$ It'll be some time before I can use it though, and I need to buy the level pack. :p I'm actually using the Superior Prodigy mod at the moment, but I think that one would work just as well.

yeah, let's dupe it!

update: I found my "missing" Bunny and Psycho mod--they were in my earlier Maya save--I made a new/copy save when I created the Cat mod, so my old Maya managed to have those two bits in her inventory.

anyway--BD1 if you want the dupe or whatever, I'll hook you up next time you are on. and it wasn't a Legendary Torch, it was a Legendary Sickle:

Also, 3rd run on the skags at three horns this evening:

First this:

Then, of course, some of this:

And finally, after some running and screaming and a lot of shooting...eventually, this:

OK I finished the normal game, level 38, started true vault hunter mode or whatever it’s called and I’m finding it a total slog. It’s a tedious grind to kill anything even with my best weapons. Having to headshot a normal bandit 4-5 times and him still being totally fine is not fun at all. Where has all the fun gone? This game was awesome on my first playthrough.

Sounds like your weapons are seriously underpowered. What lvl weapon is it? If you're lvl 38 you should be using weapons near your lvl.

What class are you using?

Isn't there level 80 over-level gear with the new DLC?

Ya...it's called Digistruct Peak....I think its some sort of arena where every time you complete a round, you quit and then are given the option to play at a level over 72 upon re-entering...

I'm not sure if you can play the main story and other DLC's over leveled...Does anyone know? I would assume you could because your going to be loaded up with gear > lvl 72
