I nver really had a problem with Apple and Microsoft and Oracle. But now i do. andriod mobile phones are great material. The free market has spoken that andriod telephones are favorite by the customers. Yet Microsoft , Apple and Oracle sue the manufacturers because M.A.O. produce inferior( by customer favorite choice) products. This is not free market behavior. This is not competition through innovation. HTC models will get more expensive already. Thus the customer has to pay up because the lack of innovation at the side of M.A.O.

I hope google can push through the Motorola patents deal and counter sue M. A.O.
Here in the EU Apple has managed by legal court to ban certain Samsung products in certain EU countries. Samsung is now planning to do the same to legally ban Apple products from the market of those very same countries.

I love my HTC desire.:awe:

Yes - we are all tired of hearing about a company that has, maybe, 10% of the market share in PCs. And, it getting trounced in smartphone sales.

How does this really make you feel?

I don't own anything apple and I don't get sick of hearing about them. They lead the curve for innovation and that's a-ok in my book.

saddest part is i hear more about apple from android fanboys talking negative about apple than i do from actual apple fans. that is actually the most annoying part about it.

Typical response of a fanboy. What i wrote is pretty obvious. For me it is nothing. I have Apple equipment, Microsoft software and hardware and an andriod phone. And i am happy with all of it. Because it did what i wanted it to do when i bought it. And my new material does what i want it to do now.
However, that is not the issue. I see a very large market share of people choosing an android mobile phone. And it seems to bother M.O.A so much that instead of copying handy dandy features and delivering their own products( I do not give a damn about copied features, i just want to see improvements on those features), they just sue. Now if i am to you a basement dweller, then perhaps you should never crawl away from the rock you where born under.

Sad thing is, anything said against Apple causes you to post this exact quote each time. Do you have this on saved text file ready to copy and paste at a moments notice? It's like you are personally vested in Apple.

apple has never innovated anything ever. they just popularize shitty nuked versions of other people's innovations. how someone on a tech forum could be like LOL APPLE INVENTED THE MP3 PLAYER, THE MP3 PHONE, AND THE GIANT MP3 PLAYER LOL is baffling.

paint white != innovate

edit, to clarify- so you're saying by taking the hard disk MP3 player, crippling it with DRM and horrible software, and charging more, they innovated, right? i think you're the one who doesn't know what that word means.

the part I bolded clearly shows you have no clue how the corporate world works, everybody sues and countersues everybody all the time, it has nothing to do with companies being butthurt. It has always been and will always be this way, but Android fanboys just wants to read something into it.

I've owned both android and Iphones, but quite frankly I don't give a shit what it runs as long as it gets the job done well.

also, lol @ claiming "basement dweller" is a typical response for a fanboy.

No, they don't. It only happens in markets where product differentiation is limited and there is more money to be made by churning out incrementally different products rapidly so that sheep who buy shit for its prestige value rather than actual utility than actual innovation. Hence, it happens in tech, and fashion. Or did you not notice the parallels between the launch of Apple's new product lines and various fashion houses' product lines?

If Fight Club were made today, instead of "you're not your fucking khakis," it'd be "you're not your fucking phone."

i would say that the iPod and iPad changed both markets entirely, because quite frankly nobody gave a fuck about EITHER market until Apple arrived. BTW based on the sales figures, I'd say the use of "horrible software" is misplaced.

nothing to do with being vested in apple. i just get annoyed when people claim to dislike something so much, yet they will post pages and pages of reasons why they dislike something. typically when i don't like something, i don't waste any time on it.

the vocal minorities hating on apple gets annoying. and it's not just apple. it is ANYTHING that is popular. just like the Transformers 3 thread. i'd say like 90% of the posts in there were from people saying how shitty the movie is going to be or is yet they did not even go see it. but they wanted everyone to know just how much they hate it.

it can get annoying when you are trying to read on a subject that you enjoy and have a real discussion about it, but you only find that content while reading through 90% of the thread bashing said content.

it's not just this forum, it is the internet in general. it is a peeve of mine.

glad you've taken notice, my job is done.

Like most of the self acclaimed "smart people" , you assume to much. Prejudice all over. What makes you think it is how i perceive the world instead of just a random rant ? Seriously...

Perhaps this is what you need ?
