Took Friday off because the knee, ran 4 miles yesterday, and did 20 today with the Empire State Half Marathon. Wanted to run around 1:15, but didn't feel too great and only ran 1:17:40. Won some cash though, which was cool!

I did a 15K race yesterday while being sick, turns out to be strep, pink eye, and a sinus infection. I did it in 1:21:xx and i know I could have been at least 5 minutes faster if I wasn't sick.

Been a while since I updated here, closed on my new house and did the tri-state Tough Mudder (12 miles)on Saturday. It was FREAKING AWESOME! Our team finished in 4 hours, we were hampered by one member that had a cramp halfway through so we would run ahead and stop and let him catch up, but it was a great experience, planning to do another one within the next 6 months. My 7 miles runs prepped me quite well for this, not feelin the least bit sore or injured.
