+ 35. Did 21 miles with 16 of those at 6:04 pace. Legs a bit sore now, but it's taper time biotches!! Mega, great weekend! I can't imagine running two long runs like that back-to-back!

Thinking of running the Boston Marathon next year and picked-up a treadmill in case of a bad winter.

FiLeZz, can you totalize miles please? Someone is going to miss your miles and our beloved count will get thrown off. ;)

Whoops, sorry about the math error. You'd never know I was good at math, eh? Anyways, 9 trail miles today. Tomorrow I'll go back and get 14 more. Then it's taper time. Trail marathon next Sunday.

It's called the X-Country Marathon, an easy trail race near Tampa, FL in Alafia State Park. I am hoping to go sub 4 on this one.

Oh hey, somehowI missed the face that you went sub4 at a marathon recently. Good job! Which race was that?

We lost 1000 miles between posts #5053 and #5054, and I've done 107 since the beginning of the month:

Thanks. Did the Richmond marathon on Saturday. Nice little mid-sized marathon. I really enjoyed the experience. I'm finally feeling like I'm back to normal, more or less. I'll probably test the legs out tomorrow for a few miles.
