    Installing SATA Hard Drives

    you just plug it in and windows should recongnize it. you can partition it anyway you want. if you ever install windows on it you may need a drivers disk with sata drivers

    all you need is an ide cable. i fyou bought a retail motherboard it will come with 1 or 2 so you'll be fine.

    Modding 5.25 Bays

    You could make a duct from the current intake fan to the cpu, or you could buy one of the numerous 5.25 in. bay coolers. They usually come with eithe r2 or 3 60mm fans.

    Question about upgrading RAM and a HDD in a new PC

    it takes sdram so all you do is put it in and you're good to go. For the hard drives i would use the 80gb for the os install and put everything else, including the paging file, on the other hard drive.
