I built the computer in my sig about a month ago, but I have used 288GB of my 300GB hard drive. Now I need to get a new drive but sence my first drive was IDE and the new drive I'm ordering is SATA is there anything diffrent when installing it? Besides SATA power plugs? Also how would I partion (spelling) it?

you just plug it in and windows should recongnize it. you can partition it anyway you want. if you ever install windows on it you may need a drivers disk with sata drivers
