EDIT: Looks like I waited too long... it seems to be OOS now.
Does this work in Vista w/o having to install any additional (Creative) software?
Thanks,
-Brett.

Works with WMP10 and up - is not a drag and drop player.
Yes it does resume.

Does this player have a 'car profile' like some other Zen players? IE it will turn on and off automatically depending on whether there is external power irregardless of battery power level.

For existing owners of the sleek photo, have you seen/ bought any cases that might fit the device? Aside from the offical one from the site of course.

I have a dual boot system with Win XP SP2 (with Media Player 11) and Vista Business. I was able to connect it in Vista without having to install anything.
However I did have problems in XP. The Device Manager kept trying to find drivers to install for it, and couldn't. I was wondering if this was a problem with having Media Player 11 (it comes with MP10). The website says XP shouldn't require any drivers. I ended up manually telling it to install drivers for a Portable Device, and then it worked ok. It crashes my XP if I try to disconnect the player though. I haven't checked to see if Vista does the same thing. Anyone else have similar issues with this device?
Other than that little XP thing, which I can work around, its a great player. TY again OP.
