That's extra poverty sitting near the 12c CCD.
Tiny LLC. No N2. Horrible main mem setup. Just not cutting it for true scotsman client.

This isn't poverty CPU in any dimension, especially if paired with 192bit GDDR7

"E" cores on desktop parts are nigh useless crap. The benefits have so far been completely unworth the complexity.

That's different than what ARM was doing. Genuinely different power levels, huge area differences, in a market where low power idle actually matters. Still today it is different.
