If women didn't wear shirts at the range, hot brass wouldn't get stuck under their shirts.
22LR stuck down the shirt neck is the worst.
Here's an interesting use of a handgun, to shoot an antler off a pair on entangled bucks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALfV4tC1_fo
"As a proud supporter of PETA, I am appalled at this video. The officer should have comforted the deer prior to shooting at them," another commenter, Mark Dorencz, wrote.

The couple was with a large group shooting at Manatee Gun and Archery Club in Myakka City on Saturday afternoon. The sheriff's office report says a casing flew from the woman's gun and landed inside her blouse, causing her to flinch. She bent over to get the casing out of her blouse when the gun accidentally fired.
The bullet hit the man in his right thigh, passing through his leg.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Sarasota Herald Tribune reports the shooting was ruled an accident after deputies interviewed witnesses at the gun range. The couple was not identified.
Have any of you guys ever been hit by a ricochet or bullet fragments?

No shirts, or high neck shirts. Problem with "brass catchers" as demonstrated in FL.

Where are you guys finding ammo right now? I'd like to buy some 9mm, 500 if possible.. if not 100 I guess will do. Also looking for a speed loader, and some extra mags.

I've gotten brass down my shirt, and it's not fun. But the overriding thing in my mind when it happened was "oh hell that hurts. Finger off trigger, gun down, go fishing for brass."
I've seen people do the "Oh hell that hurts, I'm reaching for it while covering the whole room with my finger on the trigger." Those people get kicked out, usually. But I also frequent Wades, where a spectator was shot in the head with a .44 magnum because someone lost control of the gun they were firing (first gun they ever fired was a .44, the boyfriend put her up to it, boyfriend was shot in the head as the gun flew up over the shooters head and pointed behind her.)
For the loader: http://www.amazon.com/Butler-Creek-9...eywords=uplula
I got it for $25. Best money I ever spent, other than the $20 I spent on the same loader for my M-14.
That is a must. Best thing ever especially in mags with hard springs like my xds. putting five rounds in the mag sucks but with the uplala its quick and easy. They make one for .22's as well that i have and love it too. I have their AR one and its sort of meh. But AR mags are simple to load...but for unloading a mag it is awesome!
I used the loader glock included with my g21 and found it made things easier...maybe I'm just stubborn now but I just hand load my 1911 mags. Then again, for a 7 round mag is a loader worth it? I suppose one for my M1A would be nice though.

As for ammo availability... midwayUSA had Sellier & Bellot 9mm in stock today @ $12.99 - for about two minutes. It comes and goes at various places. Palmetto State Armory has been decent lately. There's a bunch of ammo links on the prior page. Just need to keep looking, multiple times per day as stuff gets bought up almost immediately.
