Are prices reflecting the shortage? I have an extra one I've been meaning to sell off but have been really lazy. If prices are high because of the shortage I may need to get in gear.

Most of them on eBay are like $200 at most. And dyer shipping and eBay / PayPal tax, you're breaking even if you bought t retail.

I haven't checked in a while, but they sat around $200-250 at one point. You'd have to look at CL or eBay to see if that's still the case. Given they've had a few restocks lately, I'd imagine they'd have dropped closer to $175 as most folks got theirs during those restocks.

Went in to my local best buy to see if they had any. Found one on the shelf. I went up to pay at the customer service desk and asked if they had any more. Oddly enough, they had just gotten a shipment in and had 6 total. Picked up another and surprised my son with it when I got home. He's freaking out and we now have two elite controllers. Guess I can probably sell our other controllers for $35-$40 apiece used on craigslist to get a few bucks back and that still leaves us with one normal controller.

Actually got one today. Have any of you guys gotten used to the triggers? They seem strange, but maybe I'm just not used to them yet.

Do you have the trigger locks on? They're the green switched on the back, above the paddles. When they're on, the stroke of the trigger is shortened, and when it bottoms out, it feels like it's hitting a much harder surface than usual.

Yes, they feel weird that way. No, I don't use them, as a result.

I use trigger locks in anything not a racing game. Feels more like a regular button that way.

I don't want an automatic weapon to feel like a button, haha. I wouldn't want to shoot a gun with X.

I suppose, but I still only consider it for non-auto guns. I don't like having it on for the SMG in Halo, but it's not a bad benefit for the DMR of Battle Rifle. It's nice you can alter the dead zones on the triggers as well, though.

Yeah, I use the trigger locks, but I mostly play Fifa and the triggers are confusing me. I hit the wrong one and can't do trigger + button as easily (mostly hesitant due to not being used to it). I imagine they will be better in games where you aren't hitting buttons as often (shooters and such), but maybe I just need to get used to them.
