with that amount of money, you can barely afford a cheap shell jacket.
Anything that works against the cold too costs a lot more.

40$ is a small price even for an hoodie.
Shitty synthetic/cotton blend h&m hoodies cost 40$.

So how can you buy a jacket with only 40$?

Why the fuck would I buy anything at H&M?

Why are you people even trying to help this douche? Time and time again tridenT has proven he doesn't want help, he only wants a place to whine like the little bitch boy he is.

Closest Columbia outlet stores SOUTH of Seattle are in Oregon...but there is one a few miles NORTH:

(near Marysville)

But, a question of greater importance...Why are you whining about the price of "premium-brand" clothing? Do you expect everything to be WalMart priced?

Are you still working at Ross? (or were you too important to keep such a nothing job?)

Ross has some nice jackets for sale at a great discount.

Once when I was a kid I think my coat got torn open and I could have sworn the Chinese stuffed newspapers in there for insulation and called it a day. In any case, if you're freezing and you just don't have the scratch to buy new check out thrift shops and Salvation Army. They often have workable options that will tide you over.

You never cease to amaze. How do you fail so hard at life?

A nice jacket/coat is great. Not having to always wear the same one is even better. Parka, light ski jacket, heavy ski jacket, pea coat, 3/4ths length wool coat, leather bomber...they all get used here during the Michigan winter.

Cloudveil makes great outdoor clothing that is on par with Mountain Hardware, Marmot, etc.

Use coupon code BROPRO for 50% OFF one order at their website: http://www.cloudveil.com.

I have their "Endless" down jacket and love it; sizes run a little bit large on this jacket.

Offer expires at midnight on December 31, 2011.

Now is the time to get a down jacket if you need one for the winter. Pretty good deal when using the 50% off coupon.
