Paying a few hundred for a quality jacket is a good investment.

But $140 for a hoodie? That's like paying $140 for sneakers or a T-shirt or a baseball cap or other very casual wear. Oh wait, people do that.

I just spent 80 on two hoodies. Normally 60 each but on sale.
And I had a hundred dollar AMEX gift card I needed to get rid of. Otherwise I wouldnt bother.

They in the wash right now, to see if any color bleeds. Supposed to be weather resistant too. We'll see about that.

btw if you want nice things like jackets and refuse to pay retail, especially since most of the shit isn't made here, hit up outlet stores. i got my brother a 300 dollar leather jacket for like 70 bucks who cares if it's a season old or whatever.
