I agree 100% this is the point. They didn't just overpower and rob him, which they could do easily enough, they chose to violently beat the shit out of him and killed him just BECAUSE HE WAS WHITE. Most likely for the innocent little thug Traytray.
And to your question, no, I doubt it.

The only way I would give these thugs sort of a free pass on his death and benefit of a doubt, is if he had a heart attack and died from the shock of the robbery, and they didn't lay a single finger on him.

But since they WILLING CHOSE to beat him to death, they get no free pass on killing him from me. Nor should they get a free pass over the fact he was white, too.

They didn't accidentally kill him, they deliberately bashed his head in, big difference.

It's also not logical to be a cowardly robbing thug out looking for vulnerable victims for easy targets in the first place.

unless he died a second time at the clinic , so the title
of this thread is erroneous , even legaly speaking ,
so much for people using thoses unfortunates events

He died due to the beating he endured, in the eyes of the law he was technically beaten to death therefore the perpetrators will be charged with 1st degree murder.

Agree on that it makes no difference since the charge
will be the consequences of the act even if said fatal
consequence occurred later.

what's the differnce if he died on the spot or later on in the hospital

It's the same thing .. and was due to severe beating he sustained on the hands of those two young thugs.
