by the way ... (just to go, one more time, over the experession that i received the infraction for a while back (thanks again, DVC .. - ya ya.. i know you appologized .. but day too late, dollar to short, however))) ....

Just few minutes ago .. on CNN .. with Don Lemon ... they were talking about latest murders (this one, the other one, where two black + one white/black thugs murdered Australian guy) ... and the lady, guest of his (an expert on behavior etc) .. was talking about parents raising those kids etc..

And said something like: "it's up to the parents to raise their kids better, to look out on them from their early teens, to, basically "keep those young bucks in check" ... - LOL .. when I heard her say that .. I simply smiled ..

It's NOT a racial expression .. not at all .. used right on CNN ... an american channel etc 😉

In respect of the charges and sentence there will be none , of course.

I was just pointing that death wasnt the mobile of the assault
itself , generaly beaten to death with death as the goal of the
assaulter result in death at the crime scene , you can be
sure that people who would want to really murder such
a guy would make sure that he doesnt breath anymore
by checking if the work is fully done....
 
NBC Nightly News did have a story about this case tonight. Not once it said anything about the race of the two scumbags. This is the same network that mentioned "white hispanic" in every other sentence about the Zimmerman case.

As I thought .. It's not that far from Canada, actually (from Alberta, British Columbia etc).

You never know ... maybe the 2nd perp took off and made it to Canada by now.

I don't dislike him but his policies don't work and target me and many innocent Americans such as higher taxes so I criticize him whenever he screws up which is constantly. I have the same feelings for bush.

Suspect in WWII veteran’s death to be tried as an adult

Police in Spokane, Washington have arrested 16-year-old Demetrius Glenn, one of two suspects in the beating death of WWII veteran Delbert "Shorty" Belton.

Glenn will be tried as an adult for first degree robbery and first degree murder. At this point, there appears to be some confusion as to how the suspect’s first name is spelled. The Spokane County Court is trying to determine how to spell Glenn’s name properly so they can correct court documents.

Glenn has prior arrests for assault, malicious mischief, and driving without a license.

Local news station KHQ-TV reports that Glenn will have his first court appearance on Monday, August 26.

ABC News had a story about this case. The daughter in law of the victim said the doctors at the hospital called her and said they tried to save him but he was beaten so bad and savagely in the face that they could not stop the bleeding to save him.

She said in the clip that how could the two scums were able to do such thing for an old man that did not drive a fancy car or dress in expensive clothes or jewelry. He is not rich or well to do by any mean. His nickname is "Shorty" because he is a small size guy. You don't need to beat him that bad in the face and head just to rob him.

What can you do about the ghetto communities that has a culture of worthless people that try their damnedest to do nothing. Those breeders should be sterilized the moment they have a kid on government aid. Until the community decides to change there is little you can do to force punks to change. They will either be put down now or rot in a cell later for decades.

It doesn't matter if it was several hours later, he died as a direct result of his (brutal) injuries. Hence, Murder 1.

Why even try and debate that or qualify it unless you're just a sad little troll.

The family of 16-year-old Kenan Adams-Kinard spoke only to KHQ Saturday as police continue to search for him in connection with the beating death of 88-year-old Delbert Belton.

Both Kenan's father and uncle asked to remain anonymous to protect the safety of the family. Right now, both stress the need for Kenan to come forward and turn himself in to police.

"He's out there and if anybody knows where he's at or something, they really need to contact the family because we are trying to bring him in," Kenan's Dad said. "We don't want this prolonged, we really need to get this over with and get through with this and find out what's really the situation, of really, what happened in this tragedy."

The family says they want this all to come to an end as quickly as possible.

"We wish we could find him right now, I wish he'd come forward to his family, so we can bring him in because we have love for you Kenan," Kenan's Uncle said. "You're not a bad kid, we know this, this is your uncle talking and I love you man. But, I ask for you to reach out and contact your family because everybody is concerned."

According to the family, they do not think this was a random attack. Instead, they say there is a side to the story we are not hearing.

"They are building it like these kids just went and beat up an old man, which it didn't occur like that, but it is all going to come out," Kenan's Uncle said.

His uncle also thinks something must have happened that has yet to come out, saying his nephew is not a violent person. Other family members say Kenan was a good kid, who played sports and was well liked in school.

The military would reject these murderers (technically alleged) and rightly so.

It's a good thing that these teenagers on first degree murder and that they started looking to arrest them as soon as they were identified. One will be tried as an adult which is good as well.

and on the perp's facebook ... some of his friends are saying that the old guy sold drugs etc ...
