Golf is fickle. It takes a lot of stamina to play that many holes in one tournament. That is like 48 holes. 4 rounds of Golf. You have to walk the entire course in the hot sun. Makes for a long weekend. Plus after about 20 years you get to the point where it is time to retire. So most good golfers only have 20 or 30 years of good golf in them in which to make the big money. So you have to get it while you can. Kind of like football. Sooner or later you get injured or too old to play.

Plus you have to be in shape to play that good. Dont see that many fat golfers. They walk an awful lot of miles on these courses. Playing a lot just keeps you healthy.

Golf is not a good exercise for weight loss. And I'm wondering if my sarcasm meter is off for the bolded statement.
