"Peeing through a plastic tube for life" is a very cheap fix. If the guy wanted to throw around his money he'd offer some kind of penile reconstruction where a new john thomas is more or less crafted. Also, if you are just taking the external genitalia, you don't need a "tube" to pee. you could either urinate through a penile stump, or if they are really taking the whole thing, a perineal urethotomy can be done and you can pee through your taint the rest of your life.
The control muscles are basically right at the bladder neck and a young healthy person with no sphincter injury could still maintain regular bladder control even with a penectomy.

I'm sorry, but that's just not a mind blowing amount of money.

A few billion? Maybe. Possibly. After consulting with the best dick surgeons around and reviewing a few dozen successful cases. And they'd have to start on it right away. Same hospital visit old trustee comes off and I get the new one. Lots of drugs.

My understanding is that they use the penis to craft the female genitals in a sex change operation.
So without a penis as raw material you would be severely lacking in nerves/feeling in the end product.


On the other hand, with 10 million you could fund stem cell research into regrowing a penis for yourself, FtM transgendered persons, and restoring penises of accident victims all around the world... Penises for everyone! And once everyone has both sets of genitalia, there will be no more genders and no more sexism... no more Penis enlargement spam! We can fix God's/Nature's mistakes!
 
I would never give away my penis for any amount or offer.

It is too valuable, you only get 1 and the prosthetics aren't too good either.
 
I would do it. Spend $2-3M for immediate expenses (car, house, etc). Then invest the other 6M+, an ROI of 5-7% is more than reasonable, assuming only 5% on $6M, that's still $300k a year, and you'd likely get closer to 7%+. You wouldn't be taking $100K+ vacations, but you would be able to live comfortably without having to work another day in your life.
