Why do asians only hang out with other asians?

This is the case at my college. I see blacks and whites together all the time, but the asians never mingle. Why?

however, with the case of fobs, i'd say the majority of them only hang out with other fobs.

Generally speaking, when I was at college the Asians who spoke English as a second language hung out with others who spoke the same first language that they did. Pretty obvious as to why.

The Asians who spoke English as a first language hung out with everybody.

there are always certain groups that seem to hang out in their own ethnic groups. for example, maybe they all met each other in an asian church, or some club at school. if you haven't seen asians that hang out with non-asians, then i dont think you are looking hard enough.
