I don't hate my job, but I am feeling burned out. I guess 28 years of doing the same thing gets kind of tiring. Just a couple of more years, knocking on wood, and then I can give something else a try.
 
Meh, its ok. I used to feel good about coming into work during the first 6 months, but now I dread going since I've been assigned under a new supervisor. My last sup was totally laid back and didn't hawk over you every minute. The current one needs to know where you are and what you're doing every 5 minutes, when you take a break/lunch, how long it'll be, etc. I feel so much pressure when I set my foot into the office and so relieved when I'm gone... ah... and the weekends just keep getting shorter and shorter...

Micro-management is the quickest way to lose employees IMO.
