Who doesn't drink?

I don't get drunk because of both religious convictions and experience around drunks - I rarely drink because I don't really like the taste and don't see any reason to pay more for a worse tasting beverage. If I find something that I think tastes good, I might have it occassionally - so far scotch is the only thing I've had that wasn't bad.

wow, a lot of non-drinkers here...surprising to me. I drink just cuz I'm a college student, and it helps me relax...it was a little excessive a while back, but now it's back to being a purely social weekend thing.

I don't drink, I'm only 15, and I kinda got shocked by my friends actions when drunk. He apparently was drinking at a party, and came home in a taxi, I started talking to him on AIM when he got home, and he was talking about how the taxi driver was making out with him :Q

I don't drink mainly due to not ever being compelled to do it, no big thing against it. I'm sure I'll start drinking eventually, but it's not like "damn, I need to start drinking soon". 😉

I drink every night
usually like 3-4 beers
I stopped drinking for 7 years
I love it now
I think it is a natural part of the human diet and very good for you
For the people not doing it for reliqious reasons remember the last supper
Wine - Yum
Ricardo

I drink very rarely... but when I do, I don't turn red (I'm Asian)

...that must mean I have a high tolerance or something 😉

That said, I'm dying for a Corona right now

Um, can you explain the logic behind this? It makes you feel good, so you just go ahead and believe that it is good for you? Do you even understand the concept of science?

I prefer Everclear. Screw the other BS when you can get straight to the point.

Alcohol Tip: If you ever decide to use coke remember that coke + alcohol = cocaethylene! More fun, less depression!

After being somewhat of a lush from my senior year of high school to about 23 years of age, partying a little too hearty, I stopped drinking because I just didn't see the point of waking up with a hang-over and wondering where the $50-$100 I had the night before went. The novelty wore of, I suppose.

Then I went through a dry spell for at least three years, didn't have a drop, not even during the holidays. Then a couple years where I would have a drink at New Years or something, but usually didn't finish it.

Now I'll buy a bottle of wine or six-pack of beer and it will last about a month.

Drink beers a few nights a week with my friends and we always drink on the weekends. I cant see myself drinking as much when im older but im having fun doing it now 😀

I havent had a drop of alcohol for... a WHOLE week!!!!

Mainly because I look at my wallet, and $4 stares back at me. Having not had any for a week, I can say that while I'm not really missing it, being the only sober person at a party sucks.

However, I know for a fact that next weekend I'll be involved in a 10 man keg race, which ought to be entertaining

I don't drink. I used to get tore up when I was younger. I drank two glasses of champaine at my nieces wedding a couple years ago, but besides that I have been sober for about 15 years. I would regret the stuff I did while I was drinking the next day, plus I got tired of the hangovers.
