I made a dangerously spicey Stuffed Rotisserie Chicken.

Injected it with Caribbean Scotch Bonnet hot sauce I had hanging around.

Came out so tender, one of the legs bones even fell out of the chicken while cooking it.

My mom used to work at a gourmet food distributor in California and she often took orders from chiefs who often ordered truffles. Those things are like freaking gold!

Did reverse seared filets with a homemade Béarnaise sauce (tarragon is an underappreciated herb), baked potato, and salad.

Steamed green bass
Sauna clams (which are clams steamed on rocks in a mini table top wood sauna)
Stir fried snow pea leaves with king mushroom
Rice noodles with beef
Stir fried lobster with ginger and green onion
Steamed chicken with ginger, green onion, oil, and salt dipping sauce
Steamed rice

Needless to say, I didn't make any of this.

Vegetable jalfrezi from the local Indian place. They never make it hot enough anymore. I order a 15(out of 10) on their heat scale, and it was great the first couple times, but the last few times, it hasn't been right. I'm not sure they take me seriously. The waitress always giggles. I bumped it up to 20 tonight, and I wouldn't even call it a "regular person" 10. 10 should inedible for sensitive people.

Oh well. It still tasted good, but I really wish they'd make it like they used to.

edit:
Oh, and it turns out Kingfisher "Indian" beer is made in New York. Not a huge deal, but I want Indian hands involved in my Indian beer :^D

I imagine Kingfisher (like most international brands) has several brewing locations.

Yea, It's pretty common anymore, but I'd still prefer to have it from the home brewery. Guinness changed for the worse when it started to be made in Canada. They /seem/ to have improved with time, but I can't remember anymore. I haven't had Irish made extra stout since the 90s. At least it's cheaper. Price hasn't changed since the 90s.

No arguments here. I get my fill of Kingfisher when I go to Mumbai though :D

stuffed peppers with a side of roasted asparagus.

cooking chili tonight to eat tomorrow night, so dinner was just asparagus + random package of stuffed peppers from the prepared foods section of my grocery store.
