I made a dangerously spicey Stuffed Rotisserie Chicken.

Injected it with Caribbean Scotch Bonnet hot sauce I had hanging around.

Came out so tender, one of the legs bones even fell out of the chicken while cooking it.

Needless to say, I didn't make any of this.

Vegetable jalfrezi from the local Indian place. They never make it hot enough anymore. I order a 15(out of 10) on their heat scale, and it was great the first couple times, but the last few times, it hasn't been right. I'm not sure they take me seriously. The waitress always giggles. I bumped it up to 20 tonight, and I wouldn't even call it a "regular person" 10. 10 should inedible for sensitive people.

Oh well. It still tasted good, but I really wish they'd make it like they used to.

Oh, and it turns out Kingfisher "Indian" beer is made in New York. Not a huge deal, but I want Indian hands involved in my Indian beer :^D

Yea, It's pretty common anymore, but I'd still prefer to have it from the home brewery. Guinness changed for the worse when it started to be made in Canada. They /seem/ to have improved with time, but I can't remember anymore. I haven't had Irish made extra stout since the 90s. At least it's cheaper. Price hasn't changed since the 90s.
