Grilled cheese. Extra sharp cheddar, seeded rye(you can fuck right off with your rye without seeds), and tomato soup.

Dominos pizza. The sliced Italian sausage is actually pretty good.

Today was our 28th wedding anniversary so I cooked a prime porterhouse (cast iron pan method; hard seared to rare), a twice-baked potato, and sautéed asparagus in duck fat. Good stuff.

NY Strip with homemade whipped herbed butter
Roasted sweet potato with butter & garlic salt
Cherry tomatoes & mozzarella bites in olive oil

Did the steak in the Namath Rapid Cooker. Used this method for the sweet potatoes, turned out pretty good:

Tomatoes & moz just from a local deli.

It was alright. Wasn't really in the mood for anything, but was kind of hungry. I've also been in a real non-cooking mood lately, and eating out more than I should. I need to make the acorn squash I bought, and never prepared before it goes bad, if it hasn't already.

There is a pizza joint near me large three topping pizza 13.50 tax in. Not worth me cooking it.

Tonkatsu, miso soup and rice. We bought some thick cut center loin chops and a couple of rib chops that we'll bread and deep fry tonight. Miso soup is with wakame, tofu and green onion. Rice is your typical sticky calrose rice. I've never had rib chops breaded and deepfried. I think they'll taste great.

Spaghettini with meat sauce and italian saussage. Add slice of provolone in bowl between pasta and sauce.

Roasted vegetable pannini and cheddar/bacon/potato soup from WaWa. The sandwich was great, but the soup a little disappointing. Happy overall.
