Ghetto gourmet tonight. FieldRoast veggie burgers fried up, and put on a plate with a can of sliced carrots. Rosemary finishing salt went on the carrots, and Vietnamese smoked black pepper went on everything. The burgers also got habanero sauce poured liberally over them. Super simple, super good.
GroceryOutlet gets the burgers sometimes, but they're refrigerated. I'll get a couple packs at the full price of $3(still cheaper than normal retail), but when they don't sell, the expiry approaches, and they sell for a $1 for a pack of two burgers. I buy a bunch then, and freeze them. I like them better just sitting on a plate, than on bread with the usual burger stuff.
