Chicken parmo is very different in the UK!

I had no idea it was done a little different in the UK but now I want to try it. Thanks for the link!🙂

Tonight's dinner consisted of pan seared pork chops in a mirepoix base and seasoned with fresh thyme and basil then deglazed with a chardonnay then served with a side of couscous.

Tried cooking with my wok that I've had for 15 years for the first time last night. Orange chicken and beef noodles:

Turned out ok. The chicken could've used a little more orange flavor. Also, apparently I needed to season the wok, had some stuff stick to it, but it wasn't too bad. I'm going to try some beef stir fry later this week and see how that turns out. The wife and kid really liked it!

I have not really made it. I just brought home some food from an Indonesian restaurant/takeout. I added some potatoes and whole grain brown rice that i already cooked yesterday.
two sorts of meat, some coconut vegetables and nasi rice.
This way i can eat for two days, having diner ready for two days. No cooking .

A double smoked ham was the protein for tonight.

Mac and cheese and roasted butternut squash were the sides. The butternut squash pairs really well with the ham.

Plated up and ready to serve. Enjoy!
