Tonight's dinner consisted of pan seared pork chops in a mirepoix base and seasoned with fresh thyme and basil then deglazed with a chardonnay then served with a side of couscous.

Tried cooking with my wok that I've had for 15 years for the first time last night. Orange chicken and beef noodles:



Turned out ok. The chicken could've used a little more orange flavor. Also, apparently I needed to season the wok, had some stuff stick to it, but it wasn't too bad. I'm going to try some beef stir fry later this week and see how that turns out. The wife and kid really liked it!

IP BBQ pork back ribs. Finished in oven, served with roasted potatoes and buttered toasted bread.

Grilled chicken and steak fajitas with some sauteed veggies that were marinated over night in my own recipe. The garden salsa was homemade with fresh ingredients. Mmmm....It tastes so good.
