Went camping last weekend. First night were marinated boneless chicken thighs and asparagus. Second night were two rib-eyes of which one was mostly end cap, with simply Montreal Steak seasonsing -grilled over the fire on my titan stake grill. Came out amazingly cooked, mine melted in my mouth like butter. Also grilled fresh Jersey corn. My friend she sauteed up garlic, shallots, zucchini and fresh thyme in olive oil on my 15 year old coleman stove, those things were made well back then. I threw in some gold potatoes in foil around the fire and we had those too. Forgot to take a plated picture. My friend Amy said it was probably the tastiest meal she's had in two months it all came out so good. Camping labor day weekend should be another couple smashing meals.
