Beef chow fun
Beef or chicken chow mein, chow fan
Potstickers
Certain dim sum items like ha gow, jellyfish

I like shark's fin soup, but given some studies that indicate that shark fins may have high levels of mercury, I'll be hesitant to have anymore of it.

Oh yeah, the food my grandmothers make. :)

General Tso's Chicken (sesame seed chicken is about the same).

I also love hot and sour soup, depending on how it's made :)

Sweet and sour chicken can also be amazing.

don't know what the name of it is, but a local chinese place makes a super spicey dish with wontons in some kind of peanut sauce. it's awsome.

also, homemade chinese iced tea = awsome.

General Tso's and sesame chicken, crab rangoon, and fried wontons are some of my favorites. Also partial to beef/chicken with broccoli, eggrolls, steamed dumplings, and moo shue pork/beef/chicken.

I just went to visit my Grandparents and my uncle from Califonia and his family were visiting. His wife is Ti (I think that is correct saying for Taiwanese) and she showed us how to make her wonderful egg rolls. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I better stop because I'm making myself hungry.

I'm going to try them with crab meat next time :)

Well, in most small chinese restaurants, it's only like 5% crab. so you're eatin the same thing.
