I usually get something called "Triple Delight". Its chicken, shrimp, and beef mixed with carots, stringed peas, and uhh some other vegtables I can't think of off the top of my head.

I'm not sure if its a normal meal or just something the local place has.

you have absolutly now idea about REAL chinese food ;) those Panda Express type items are sooo far off from the good stuff

I honestly had no idea that chinese food in america was not really chinese recipes.

My fav american chinese:
Seasame Chicken
Gen Tso Chicken
Beef & Broccoli
Beef lo-mein

General Tso's Chicken with Crab Rangoons. :) I love Americanized Chinese food.

I like authentic Thai Chicken, too.
