Short and abrupt. I was chat client 1 of 1 so it's not like they were busy at 8:15am.

clicking continue DOES NOTHING for me, same in Edge.
It was also like this 3 weeks ago when I last tried. No other "connection issues".
ME - Hi I can't create a return label on your site using either Chrome or Edge. The button CONTINUE doesn't click

ME - It is an interface problem
Mary L. - it is not as it works on everyone else's system in our company currently. There are no issues.
ME - It's on the page after entering an order # and email on the order

ME - the continue button doesn't work on that page, but it does work on the page before
