Rude or not?

ME - Hi I can't create a return label on your site using either Chrome or Edge. The button CONTINUE doesn't click
Mary L. - What is your order number and what are you returning?
ME - US-12345678 Armour Fleece Pant
Mary L. - I will email you a label.
ME - Thank you, this is the 2nd time. Do you know why your site is acting like that?
Mary L. - I don't
ME - Can you please report it
Mary L. - ok.
Mary L. - It does look likeit is working on our system , so it could be connection issues to the site.
Mary L. - Can I assist with anything else in the meantime?
ME - It is an interface problem
Mary L. - it is not as it works on everyone else's system in our company currently. There are no issues.
ME - It's on the page after entering an order # and email on the order
Mary L. - I am aware , as above.
ME - the continue button doesn't work on that page, but it does work on the page before
Mary L. - I am aware of your issues.
Mary L. - Can I assist with anything else in the meantime?
ME - I am just waiting for the email label
Mary L. - Will receive by the end of the day.
Mary L. - I hope you have a nice day!
Mary L. - Disconnected the chat.

Short and abrupt. I was chat client 1 of 1 so it's not like they were busy at 8:15am.

Does this work for you guys?
https://www.underarmour.com/returnlabel select first option, click continue
then enter US-12345678 and spam@test.com (I entered valid responses)
clicking continue DOES NOTHING for me, same in Edge.

It was also like this 3 weeks ago when I last tried. No other "connection issues".

Among mechanics Toyota engines are considered the best in terms of durability .... in particular the older 4-cylinder called the 22R which powered everything from tiny economy cars to motor-homes and light trucks.

Honda is a small step down but only a small one.

See my next post.

The upside is that they checked. Who knows what goes on in the shop. If they even change the oil.
I have a dashcam which stays active for up to 20 minutes after "lock" and yes - they do change it at my dealer at least. Also another way to tell is the oil level was full compared to only half when I brought it in (after a year). They didn't only just top it off because it's an electronic dipstick and they never even checked it so they wouldn't have known to just top it off.

Another funny point... the valet guy remarked to himself "these old bimmers have some heavy ass steering". Haha.

I get an error message "Sorry this order number or email does not match our records. Check your records and try again."

^ thanks, not sure what's up when both my browsers are failing at whatever the continue button is trying to do.

EDIT> Incognito works, so that means it has to be an extension ... and it turned out to be LastPass extension of all things.

1/2 . How many quarts lost does that translate to on your car (since zero isn't zero).

And motor homes?! Those are a lot heavier than a light truck.

Crazy I know .... tons of rental-fleet medium trucks like Uhaul/Ryder too!

The motors were pretty much not modified in any way for the heavy work either.

My mom's Matrix broke 204k recently and the engine is fine. Suspension has worn out and it spots. It's been a loud one since purchase. Durability is there for the essential parts, like engine, water pump, belts, etc.

The few times I've been in the junkyard, any 2003+ Corolla is very likely to have its engine extracted by the time I get there.

The Matrix is/was a Corolla hatch and will last just as long as the sedan .... like any car though you do need to do regular maintenance or they'll deteriorate.

I had a 1986 Toyota pickup (with the 22R 4-cyl) that I drove into NYC daily doing courier work that lasted me 349,000 miles of brutal abuse. Then I sold it for $500 and the guy who bought it got over 100k more!

At one point around 250k the oil-light started to go on and off intermittently.... it got annoying so I put tape over it and just kept driving.

Definitely have done the maintenance. Only failure due to lack of that was the radiator. Their coolant is not meant to last 10 years and 100k despite the bottle saying so; lesson learned there to realize that manufacturers(or other similar "authorities") can recommend things a tad optimistically to have their stuff break sooner for the sake of making more money. Just like the 5000 mile oil change was also optimistic. The factory Toyota oil was already wearing out at 4000 mi and when the vehicle was newer, one could feel the drag in the engine disappearance after the fresh oil change.

I found out the Denso Iridium Twin-tips were a definitely upgrade over the stock plugs at the expense of a little durability.

Still don't know what tariff I'm on with my new gas supplier, after the last one went bust 6 weeks ago. They haven't contacted me or told me anything. The whole system is useless, another failed legacy of Thatcherism.

Edit - think I've finally worked out what they are charging me, and the standing charge has gone up 20% and the per-unit-charge has gone up 90%. Going to be a cold winter.

Yeah, I thought about getting a natural gas generator for my whole home and especially to use it to generate 240V/60A source for my impending EV but then again that seems a bit first world. Maybe I'm wrong.

Took the kids trick or treating. I was wearing my mask so my glasses fogged a bit. Then I missed a landing step and fell and scraped my knee and hand.

There are way way too many dog people now. I get that dogs are preferable to kids but it's getting silly.

i spent a few hours outside on the working end of a shovel today, getting things ready for the fence contractor who's SUPPOSED to show up on the 8th to fence my back yard. I'm so fckn sore I can barely move. I'm getting too old for this shit.
