1/2 . How many quarts lost does that translate to on your car (since zero isn't zero).
I haven't looked up numbers (guessing 6-7qts) but I know the on-screen meter reads min-max and it was halfway down to min, so I was still ok.

Went to set up an LLC with LegalZoom, which I used like 12 years ago to create the first and only other LLC I created. So I paused the application process because I had to do something else and double check on something about the LLC. Anyways, about 15 minutes after I stopped the application, I get a call from LegalZoom about helping me with my unfinished 'order'. They obviously had my phone number on file from my previous LLC. Still, that was really annoying. I told the guy I had some shit to figure out first, he said he would follow up with me in a week. I said not necessary if I have any questions I'd contact them.

Now I'll probably use another company. I thought that was annoying as hell.

We're starting the search for a house builder who will build a small house, not a "tiny house" but a small house. "I'm sorry, we specialize in ostentatious shit piles."

If only there was an owner's manual or some such place where that actual number might be written...

Why would it matter to me at this point in time? You want me to go dig it up to answer his question on ATOT?

I had to put gas in my truck today. Out $160. It was not even empty, though it was close.

Fuck that. My truck has a 36 gallon tank. From empty that would be about $130 at the cheapest station in Aberdeen, (3.63/gallon) but my wife almost always has 50 cents or more in Safeway gas points...which, at today's prices, ($3.71 - .50 = $3.21/gallon) would be about $115 or so...and I try not to let it get below 1/4 tank ever.

Adjacent property owner wanted to tear down a row of trees that were garbage in the first place, and did, but now I have less of a privacy buffer and can see my neighbors... off.. in... the... distance...

Trying to troubleshoot a network issue going on with some of our department PCs, these are PCs that we remote into for various functions, and for whatever reason the hostname is resolving to some random IP. Apparently they got this new setup now where it has to "register" with the DNS server. Never heard of that before, normally netbios handles all that. So long story short trying to figure out why a handful of machines are not resolving properly.

Problem is these machines are BLOODY SLOW. I don't understand how a computer can be that slow, it's so brutal. Reminds me of windows Vista, but this is 7. Like just opening a console takes about a minute. Pretty much need to step away and make coffee and come back until I see something on the screen. Every thing I click, it's that slow. So brutal.

Guess it makes me take my home stuff less for granted. Most of my stuff at home is pushing 10 years old by this point but still magnitudes newer and better than the crap at work.

Basically that. But even then it feels so much slower than it should be. Even Pentium 4s are normally faster. That's with XP though...

What's funny is when we got our "new" machines years back, the specs were lower than one of my servers that I had decomissioned. Who even deploys a machine with 2GB of ram and a 120GB 5400 rpm drive these days? My company does.

$9.60 coin and currency deposit fee. Assholes. Friend flips cars for some extra $$. I fund him and make 20% on the profit of the sale. Beats the heck out of the 0.0029% the bank is paying. Anyway, redeposit the $13K in cash...BAM, handling charge.

Win some, lose some. Got $1100 from a guy that I filed a lien against in 2016. Turns out his deceased parents had some land he wanted to sell. Guess it had to get transfered into his name before he could. Win.

Another guy hasn't paid so I called his wife. Getting a divorce after he was caught shagging some other woman. Caught by her boyfriend, who just about blew his leg off. He's a long haul driver....was...won't ever drive again. Lose.
