I recall the pizza temps in the Dominos rack to be around 525F or something or was it 465f; it definitely was not over 600f. 930f must be for the finest (home) professionals.

Neapolitan pizzas are suppose to be baked at 500c for 60-90 seconds. Makes for good pizzas, but you have to really pay attention to the time. Regular frozen pizzas in a home oven at 450f, if you cook 3-5 minutes over? eh, no biggie. Here 15 seconds over can be pushing it. 40 seconds and probably only a drunk person would want to eat it lol.

I have no idea what style Dominoes is considered but 500-550'ish would be perfect. 600f would be about right for NY style. I'm sure Dominoes and the other chains all use malted flour, malted flour at high temps is death. If I tried to cook a Dominoes pizza anywhere close to the 932f this oven gets and the crust would be charcoal black and bottom would look like soot with the pizza inedible. I think this oven's (Gozney Roccbox) around 680f at the lowest flame. Which would make it difficult to pull off a Pizza Hut style.


Here's one I made in my old pizza oven, 2 minutes around 850f.

I'm not a scientist so I don't have a deep understanding of the whys. But if I cooked the pizza dough I make in a home oven, which usually max out at 450f (not broiler) the crust wouldn't rise, and the dough wouldn't really cook properly. Most of the outdoor propane pizza ovens get up to around 932f. It still kind of trips me out that I can bake a delicious from scratch pizza in 60 seconds. A dollar frozen Tony's pizza takes like 2.5 minutes in the microwave. Now when I do make a home oven pizza, which takes like 15 minutes that's a legit #1stworldproblem. When I made pizzas the other night I made 5 and it took me all of 9 minutes, that's including prep.
 
I left myself logged into my account on my desktop PC, and my wife noticed that I left ATOT open.

She was said that I was lucky that she didn't post "BOOBS!" in the quick reply box and walked away before I noticed.

Little does she know... that would be considered to be quality content around here 🙂

It's kind of a payback thing... When she leaves herself logged in with her school stuff on the screen, I usually insert a random "SHOW ME YOUR BOOBS!" comment onto one of the forms for her to find 🙂

I never understood why she uses my Ryzen gaming rig for her school work. I bought her her own laptop, but I think that she likes the big monitor on that system.
 
OK, here's another first world problem. I was convinced that the Newegg Shuffle is a scam after not getting picked about 15 times in a row, so I selected ALL of the video cards just see if I could get one.

To my surprise, was randomly selected for a $2,000 ASUS GeForce 3080Ti and motherboard combo. Yeah... I can't afford that. It's also only about $100 less than the card goes for on eBay, so it's not a great price either.

I lost the pass phrase to my iOS Coinbase wallet when I upgraded my phone. Thankfully, I only had about $3.50 worth of Ethereum in it. That's a worthless amount, considering that the fee to transfer it out is more than that.

The only reason I noticed is because Coinbase is doing a NFT contest that uses it and I wanted to see if I could apply. Fair warning to anyone else using that software, though... the iCloud backup doesn't seem to work right.

Not really a problem but I thought it was interesting... I'm sitting here at a luxury car dealership waiting area for my oil change to be done and these employees with offices steps away from me/us are cursing up a storm casually and making jokes about "14yo I mean 18yo Thai girls". It's amazing these bros think this is ok when sitting next to the customer waiting area. Then 2 seconds later they get on the phone and act all professional.

Ordered a cell phone charger and cable on Amazon. The cheapest combination was going with two different brands. When I checked out I requested my order be delivered later than the 2-day prime delivery in order to be delivered with the "fewest possible packages." Turns out Amazon shipped it in two packages anyway.
