Watching premlim rounds of UFC on ESPN right now and one of the fighter is about my height of 5'10" yet weights 146 lbs lean. And I thought I would be in good shape to get down to 160 lbs or so. Hopefully I will be able to get down to 160-155 lbs range. Don't think I can or want to get down below 150 lbs.

I ran to the store on break to grab a soda and maybe some chips....I walked into 7-11 just in time for a fight between a customer and the cashier. Apparently the microwave was not clean to his satisfaction. While I was getting my stuff I listened to this huge man screaming at the cashier and no matter what she said he turned it into something to attack her for. When she said she was calling 911 he started calling her a racist. The dudes wife just sat there and didn't say a fucking word while this guy. Kind of made me think she was probably abused.

I went to go past the guy and put my stuff on the counter to pay for it and he pushed against me not letting me past so i pushed through and the girl started to ring me up while she was talking to 9-11. The guy started yelling at me telling me I was defending a racist. Asking if I wanted a piece of him. I paid for my shit stepped outside and called 9-11. I sat and watched this man verbally abuse this girl for 10 minutes before the cops showed up. He chased customers out of the store and then when the cops got there he was a fucking asshole and they let him walk. He got the black pass.

I saw the guys car. He isn't some broke ass hood rat. Tomorrow I'm gonna talk to the girl and suggest she file assault or harassment charges. Maybe a civil suit.

so i installed office 2019 on my new laptop with the intention of buying an international key from ebay for about $10, depending on seller. (ie: grey market)

just started Word 2019 and i get the Office 365 splash screen to buy or enter activation key?!
office 365 was preinstalled with 30 day trial.
i uninstalled that crap without even trying it.

why the hell am i seeing the office365 splash screen if i uninstalled it?!
also, why is it even popping up since i'm starting Office2019?!

after some google fu, found out i have to delete the stupid office365 OEM keys in the registry to get rid of it.

Fedex sucks. I guess they deliver on Sundays so I get my ass up at 8am and double check the tracking number to see if it's really coming and it is. I get up, go downstairs and unlock our building door and stick notes to the window so nobody locks the door. I lay back down and when I get up the tracking now says 5:23am and the package was on the delivery vehicle but it will be rescheduled for delivery on Monday. Now I'm up so I go lock the door and remove the notes. I sit back down at the PC and I'll be damned if the package wasn't delivered at 1pm just not to this address once again. This is after I friggin' called them yesterday with directions to my building. What the hell is fedex doing?

Think my phone got hacked again. Probably stage fright I'm getting hit with, but not sure. Basically the phone just gets ridiculously hot any time the texting app is open. So I think I'm getting hit with a text based virus and then it's sending out spam from my phone or something. I hate that they just stop updating phones randomly and you can't get security updates anymore. The whole phone ecosystem sucks for that. Hate to get rid of hardware that still works just because they refuse to update it.

Probably have no choice at this point though. I was holding off for the Librem but it's pretty much a flop, so I will need to try to find another Android in the <$400 price range. I sometimes think of joining the dark side and going Apple like everybody else does but I can't justify paying that kind of money for a phone, especially knowing that in ~5 years it will stop getting updates. Phones are basically designed to be disposable and I hate that so much, especially when you pay that much money for it.

Probably getting viruses via text, or any time I'm not on wifi and on data, the IP is exposed to the outside world. If there's anything listening on a port that's exploitable it will be wide open.

Since it's the text app itself that seems to be getting hacked I suspect I'm getting a badly formatted text that can exploit something. I don't recall opening any weird texts but it might be smart enough to auto open and then clear itself. Ex: they might be sending these virus texts to random numbers and mine eventually comes up.

Every now and then I swear I can see the light on my phone flashing like I got a text, but then there's nothing, and every now and then I go to unlock and I see some kind of notification that vanishes. There's weird stuff going on.

I've never seen a phone as cheap as $80 unless it's a questionable one from Wish.com or something. I still want to get something genuine. My current phone is the DTEK50 I think it was around $300ish when I bought it. Going to want something around that range.

No idea how to do that, but I don't think this phone can be rooted anyway. Is that what needs to be done to install 3rd party firmware? Since from what I read this phone won't allow for that. That is something I'll want to do research on for my next phone, since if I put 3rd party firmware I'll get updates longer right?

Copy all your files, data, pics, etc. and reset your phone to the default factory? Like you first have it.

That's basically what I did before but it will just keep happening because there is no update to fix it. So I think I just need to bite the bullet and get a new one sooner rather than later.
