Bought a stack of new work pants a few days ago and threw on a pair to go to work. I grabbed all my stuff on the way out the door: phone, wallet, keys, battery, charge cable, coins, etc. I tried to get it all in my pockets before I got to the car only to find that my back pocket was buttoned shut while my hands were too full to un-button it. I didn't want to scratch my car so I was juggling a bunch of stuff and dropping change on a wet and muddy day where hanging things off the ground is particularly filthy.

I can't say I've buttoned anything into my back pockets EVER, so why does the factory feel the need to close the buttons for you? Even if you're going near pickpockets or something there's no sense in buttoning it until you have something in there. Do people actually button empty pockets or am I the weird one?
It's to keep the pants from sagging at the pockets while they're on display

A few updates ago windows started resetting the task bar height to 1 row after restarts on my work computer. When you complain about this apparent bug, MS "support" goes into it's standard routine of rolling back drivers, updates, using restore points, etc., with no understanding that you'd be insane to do that when you can literally just drag the thing back up a row or three.

Went to Sprouts and aldi for a couple groceries this morning. I was trying to get out of aldi quick before it became a clusterfuck, and forgot to get shredded cheese, and some microwave sausages for breakfast. When I do sausages, I've been heating up two meatless, and two mystery meat sausages. I like both in smaller quantities, so mixing them works well, but now I only have the meatless ones :^(

My legs are insanely sore, after my first "real" workout Monday with a trainer. I began working out several months ago using the little exercise room in the leasing office at my apartment complex but I couldn't do much and it was just until I joined a gym. LOL, well damn. I dunno if I've ever been this sore after working out before. They were even starting to get weak before I left. But it's fine, it's part of the process.

Have another appointment today; we'll do chest/arms/back/whatever. So now I'll be totally fuct tomorrow lol.

No, it's not part of the process. It's a dumb ass trainer. Being too sore to workout again in 2/3 days is idiotic and many will just quit.

We switched to Outlook at work last week. This week we discovered that the IT folks screwed up the permissions and all employees can see any attachment any other employee sent to another employee, every single attachment.

Flew business class on Emirates yesterday to Dubai. There's no lounge in Fort Lauderdale, so major first world problem there. Also, no rosé Champagnes on the flight - what are we, animals?

When in doubt, double the number of fans. It's the only way to be sure.

When in doubt just sort by CFM on Digikey and get the first one.

Over $500 for a fan, damn that thing must be a beast!
