An office opened up since somebody left over two weeks ago, but I think they're saving it for the next person (whom they're searching for externally) to fill that position. Quite an insult given how long I've worked there and the work I've done for the company.
Part of me wants to lash out and half-ass my job, as there are other problems such as still not being included in necessary decisions or generally being given the respect I've earned... but I feel like that would be sabotaging myself and I should just take the high road.
Though If I get approval to turn my cube into an enclosed space, I can technically do something like this:

I guess I'll give it another couple of weeks before I go nuclear and tell my boss to either give me a F'ing office or I'll just find/clear out a space and start moving in on my own. If I deem a meeting room appropriate for my office, they'll just have to deal with it. Taking what I think should be mine has been necessary more than a few times and it hasn't let me down or gotten me in any trouble yet.
