OK, here's a good "First World Problem" rant:

I spent about seven years of my life helping to develop software for companies like KFC and Popeyes that would tell them when to cook fried chicken so they wouldn't run out of product when they got busy. It had a fairly advanced algorithm that looked at past sales patterns from their POS system, and did a pretty good job of letting them know when to cook so that they had fresh product in stock all of the time.

We tried selling this software to KFC in the USA, and they said that it was too expensive. Instead, I guess that they were saving their money to develop this:

Yeah. Think about that one the next time you go to KFC and they're out of your favorite kind of fried chicken.

KFC went downhill I find. I mean it was always garbage but at least it used to taste good, now it's not really that special anymore. They even ruined their coleslaw and macaroni salad!

LMFAO.

I don't go to KFC too often, maybe like once every couple months, but man I love their food. The mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken (breast ftw) is so f'ing good.

2 dead critters on my bike ride...that the city won't pick up. The 1 wasn't bad on Sunday. I'm pretty sure it's real ripe today.

I don't understand why I often find suds and liquid soap or shampoo coating the shower controls after someone else uses the shower. A new house guest does this as it seems many others do based on how often I've encountered this over the years. It's less a problem than it is a curiosity that I just don't understand. I wash it away every time but it's usually more than just suds. It's enough un-lathered product that attempting to rinse without wiping just ends up making things slippery. I'd have to try to get that much un-lathered soap, shampoo, or conditioner on the knobs!

Lather, rinse, repeat (including the rinse part). Pretty simple. Don't you adjust the temperature before you start lathering up? Wouldn't you finish rinsing before shutting off the water? At what point would you be compelled to wipe soap, shampoo, or conditioner all over it? I just can't picture it.

Are you sure it's suds?

lol. Maybe they get suds all over the place from washing... vigorously, I guess is the word? Hahaha. I definitely don't get it all over the knobs, but I sometimes get spots of soap on the shower curtain. They bug me so I wipe them off though lol.

Garden vegetables growing too fast, getting tired of picking them... coerced into steak fajitas for dinner to use up some bell peppers.

Had to get out of bed this morning. I've gotten between 4 and 4.5 hours of sleep each night this week (because I'm dumb). However at lunch I'm gonna go take a nap in my car, rofl.

Nah, I have 5 posthole diggers. 2 borrowed...one the "regular" style, one Seymour "twist" style...which I liked so much for digging in this sand, I bought 2 at a yard sale. (Different sizes) plus I have one of the "regular" style, also from a yard sale.

we've had several inches of rain this month...the TV weather people have been calling it "Wetember."

I'm in a similar boat. It seems in the past years instead of getting our regular winter weather at this time of year we get non stop rain. Sick and tired of it and actually starting to get depressed. Rain weather is just so depressing and miserable. At least winter scenery looks pretty and there is still sun at times.

I want to build my deck and have all my lumber but will probably have to wait until it gets cold enough for it to turn into snow. I absolutely hate being in the rain I rather be in the cold. At least it's dry. That, and I don't want my tools getting wet.

You think there's something wrong with being too smart to be on the working end of a digger? (it's times like this when I wish my grandson hadn't moved back to CA.)
