I got my new to me lg g3. Everything seems to work great. Problem? Boss' daughter is going away for a week, and she's the only one that knows how to deal with the sprint account. Boss is as useful as tits on a boar. So... Another week on my ghetto phone. Oh well... I'm getting my money out of this thing. Glad I got it. Was considering not getting a phone thinking things would be quick and smooth, and I wouldn't be down long. I'm old enough to know better than that. Guess that's what tipped me towards buying the phone, but it was close :^D
Things are going badly in g3 land. They sent me a boost mobile variant. I didn't think it would be a big deal since they use the sprint network. I should have known better than that. Sprint won't activate it on their network. Ordered a third phone that should be here next week. Dunno what I'll do with the boost phone. I'm gonna wait til I get the next phone, and decide then. I may keep this phone for parts. If the next phone won't work... I don't know what I'll do, but I'm starting to get pissy about it now.

Side note... I ordered an Otterbox Defender in *pink* for the g3. I was thinking about pink cause I need a visible case. I always misplace my black cased phones, but I really hate the color pink. They sold blue for $35, black for $20, and pink for $12.50. That made the decision easy. If I ever get a working phone, I'll be rocking a shiny new pink case.

Meanwhile, my kyocera is chugging along. I'd just keep this stupid thing, but then *I'd* have to pay for the service. There's a lot to be said for free cell service.

Lol is the forest attacking you there?
I was looking for control. That piece of land is a vine/sticker infested mess. I hadn't been out there since winter 2014, and the paths I had cut through then turned into bunny trails. Almost completely gone. It's about the most rage inducing thing possible. The vines are pliable, and thickly knotted together, so when you try to cut it, the whole mess moves, and attenuates the cut. It takes waaay to much work. The stickers are tangled together also, so when you cut one branch, one of it's buddies smacks you in the head. You also end up with sticker branches stuck to your body, and then you trip over the fuckin' vines as you try to pull the stickers off, and then, and then... It's about as close to hell as you can get. Well, it could be July. Leaves and extra heat would add that final bit of misery. ~70F was bad enough today.

Wow, how deep are the cuts? That looks a lot like the brush where I grew up. Super dense. Also, you have to play that golf ball where it is or incur a penalty.

I bought some of these, not realizing they were actually bread and butter pickles:

Seriously, bread and butter pickles are horrible. I'd rather eat licorice. Does anyone actually like these abominations? Actually, maybe don't tell me. I'm not sure I want to know.
I love licorice, but bread and butter pickles can go to hell. What makes them bad is they look like good food. You happily grab a bunch, and realize the mistake later. It's like those trick jellybelly beans. You think you're getting piña colada, but it's actually vomit :^S

Bread and Butter pickles do taste somewhat like sweet vomit, to be honest.

If you ever see them, get Grillo's Pickles, hot. They'd be in the cold case in a plastic 'jar'. They aren't that hot, but are all natural, and have a nice crunch. It's a small maker from Mass. that got his start selling from a street cart. They don't have wide distribution, but you may get lucky. Food from private companies tastes better. Food from publicly traded companies tastes like shareholder profits generated by mediocrity and substandard ingredients.

This was actually yesterday, was late, my last network drop, then had a FML moment. Can you guess what I did wrong?

To add insult to injury I only realized after I opened it that this jack was a "tooless" kind, I find they are finnicky. So the act of having to redo it ended up making it not work properly, it would only register at 10/100. So ended up having to redo it again with a punch down end.

Flew into Kansas City International and had a cross wind of about 35 knots. Trying to crab in that shit was a pain in the ass, but I made it down.

Got TidyCat litter from walmart thursday cause I ran out of my usual biglots cat litter. Well, the girl doesn't like it, and she peed on the floor. She did do a reasonable job of covering the puddles with litter. That being the case, I'm not sure what the problem was with the box o_O

Went to biglots today to get the princess the litter she likes. Cats are fuckin' weirdos

Cat pee and cat puke are some of the most vile smells. Like how can something so fluffy and cute looking produce some demonic substances.

That's one thing my cat has usually been decent about, I can buy pretty much any litter I want and she goes in it. I still hate the fact that they stopped making Maxx Scoop though, that was still the best litter. I'm still in the experimentation stage trying to find the best one.

I have a free 12 packs of Coke coupon and I tried to use at Kroger last night. The price was $4.99 but the cashier only applied $2.99 off instead of the full amount of $4.99. I did use another coupon at Walmart and the cashier did apply the full discount so I only paid about 25 cents in sale tax for the 2nd pack of 12 cans.

I... just bought something from... Walmart.

It was a computer monitor. $30 cheaper than the same model on Amazon, and they did free 2-day shipping.

I need to go lie down.

Sounds like Walmart is giving Amazon a run for their proverbial "money." But that will come to an end when Amazon offers price matching. LOL!
