A chlorine shortage is brewing for the tablets for swimming pools. I have been running around all morning but managed to order enough for a few months. Apparently due to a fire at a chemical plant in Louisiana last August during a hurricane or something.

I buy liquid chlorine from pool supply place.

Just did a quick run on my taxes today (Federal and State) and because I did fairly well last year, especially with my reward checking and savings, I will have to pay this year. Double ding on the interest, already paid taxes on salary income and now will have to pay tax on interest on those accounts.

That's not a double ding.
Hello world, here's a song that we're singin', Come on, get happy
A whole lotta lovin' is what we'll be bringin', We'll make you happy
We had a dream we'd go travelin' together, And spread a little lovin' if we'll keep movin' on
Somethin' always happens whenever we're together, We get a happy feelin' when we're singin' a song
Travelin' along, there's a song that we're singin',Come on, get happy
A whole lotta lovin' is what we'll be bringin', We'll make you happy, We'll make you happy, We'll make you happy. - Wes Farrell and Danny Janssen

There's no more 6line limit for sigs?

That's as far as our conversation with our daughter went when the subject came up.

Sure you can drive, when you have a car.

Good luck

It will end up.

A. You either get her a car
B. You become her Cheuffeur

I'm dealing with this dilemna myself at the moment, and am quite tired of being uber dad

For the last 4-5 years I rarely go to an actual news site as I grew tired of the daily "They are literally Hitler / They are literally Stalin" drama, and I have instead gotten the truly impactful U.S. news stories when I check my email several times a day as they used to show true news. However, I've notice over the last year or so they've gone to really just reporting the "daily outrage" stories.

This time I was completely unaware of the cyberattack on the gas pipeline until my wife got home from work around midnight last night, and told me that several nurses on the night shift had gone to get gas on their lunch break. Today I went to fill up one of the cars, and all the gas stations are totally out of gas,

I guess I'm going to have to find some kind of news site that (hopefully) just reports what's going on without the political spin/posturing as being out of gas is a major "oh fuck me" moment.

Hack attacks like these are getting on my nerves. We should find the hackers location and just nuke them, preferably from orbit.

kidding.

We are going to figure something out. Not too long ago they were able to hack into a Florida water treatment plant.

It's not a Democrat or Republican issue, it's a national security issue that affects everyone some way. While people outside of the East Coast will likely only see higher gas prices for now, it's only a matter of time before it happens somewhere else.

Hopefully the politicians can put aside their own personal agendas and work together and figure out some major fixes going forward (not holding my breath though ;) ).

Stupid game gave me a blocker instead of a 3rd symbol
this time they gave me a 3rd symbol.
Now to have a character instead of letter...

(Would have been $2000 instead of $1400 :p )

When I open calculator.exe in Windows 10 why do I need to click on the damn window before I start calculating? Same deal with notepad.

IDK, doesn't happen to me.
I do have my browser and password manager windows on screen and when I open calculator and notepad they stay in the background until I click on them. If I close either and then immediately reopen one I can start typing without clicking the window. Once you give them focus over the other two apps they work normally. I just expect an app to open in the foreground for immediate use/input over my other apps.

USPS mail carrier didn't want to walk up my driveway to leave package.

Instead, they sat it in the dirt by the road. I guess I should be happy because at least they technically delivered a package to the right house this time.
