Finally got a job so I'm wanting to get a new desk chair. I'm long overdue I think, as you can see by the duct tape on it.

I think I wanna get the Steelcase Gesture but man I wish I could sit in one before spending all that money on one. I suppose I could send it back if I really didn't like it, but I'd rather not deal with that in the first place.

I hope I could bring my feet up and kinda curl up in it (it being big enough). I can do that in my current cheap Walmart chair and I'm a fan. It's more comfortable like that if I wanna relax and watch a show.

I've been trying to (unsuccessfully) get my Twitter account deactivated since January.

I never used it at all, and I began receiving notifications of log-in attempts from India. When this first happened, they locked my account, preventing me from changing anything in it (like password, 2-factor authorization, or even closing it). Their support has ignored every single request I have submitted, so I am right back where I started........log-in attempt notifications from India and there is nothing I (seemingly) can do about it.

you need a new range hood more than a new chair.

Facial tissue. Seems like more & more i have to dig into the box for the next one. They're screwing up the interconnectedness of each tissue so the next one doesn't come out automatically.

LOL!

Yeah the cupboards and counters and appliances in my apartment are... not so great. This place was built in the 70s probably and it seems like a lot of the stuff is old. The windows are just garbage. They're taking like $850 from single bedroom apartments, more for double bedrooms, every single month, and they can't go and replace the windows on the buildings? C'mon. A few of the apartments do have newer windows but the vast majority are crap.

Someone availed themselves of the piles of dirt in the parking lot and threw clods against the door to my workplace. Dirt stuck to the doors so it must have been wet clods, thanks to the rain. Doorsteps were littered with fragments and dirt. I cleaned it up first thing this morning.

There's some construction going on out back of the place, and the dirt piles are stockpiled for that.

2 days ago, the low tire pressure light came on in my car, I went to Costco to fill up all 4 tires to spec PSI the next day and reset the light. Today, it came on again, even though all the tires look properly inflated. If it were a leak, the tire would be flat over night. I think I know why, because this happened a few months back. The tire company who replaced my tires didn't put on the tire pressure sensor right and it's sending a false signal to my car's computer. Why can't these people do their job right?! They have 1 job! One. /rant

Does the TP light blink upon vehicle start for ~30 seconds or is it just solid? If it blinks the sensor has an issue.

Apex Legends season 9 launched today at 1pm. Only problem is their servers have been mostly inaccessible into the night. This is a game with EA's resources and they can't keep servers up

No blinking. I pushed the reset pressure button today again, and the light didn't come back. I might visit Costco tire center tomorrow morning and refill the tires just to be sure everything's up to PSI spec.

due to really poor service from Verizon, we did not get the voicemail till this morning that my brother in law had died on Sunday morning. Verizon sucks.
Sorry for your loss :(

One might have a slow leak. If the pressures vary by x amount it might trip the sensor.

Planned to see my friends in Louisiana this weekend and go to the airshow but now it is required to have ticket (free) but in the ticket you will have to enter your name, address, phone number, and email (talk about massive data collection for thousands and thousands of people). It used to be that you just drive up to the base and get in but not anymore. It used to have the event once per year but now it is only every other year.

My night almost got a little more exciting than I wanted. Power went out, normally the diesel kicks in within a few seconds, but this time it just showed a fault on both generators.

While on the phone with the building maintenance company the generator did start.

As I typed this the power went out and back on again.... fun. It switched generators now...

I think the fun is not over.

As a side note I peaked outside, it's crazy to see downtown completely dark.

You should always peek to be sure you're in a safe place before you peak...

I want a burger for lunch but it's a twenty mile round trip to get even a fast food burger.
