We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. As others have said, subscriptions don't work. My previous subscriptions don't show up...new subscriptions do not show. Prolly won't get emails for updates either.
Forums look ok...a bit flashy. It'll take time to get use to. Strange how amdforums.com was also updated just recently. You ppl workin together or wat?!

so, what's the fix for the sig's? Is the old way of linking to webpages no longer valid, "(l=whatever)http://www.whatever.com(/l)" Or why did it convert my sig to some dumb other format?
EDIT: I just reverted my sig back to the (l=whatever)(/l) and it seemed to work. what quirk made it change?

The new colors are have a little more contrast, but now it looks less serious and professional then before. I also really don't like the strange yellow bar backgrounds for the titles and between posts. I preferred today instead of my forums and it seems that the my forums page has problems with column widths.
Also, opening a new widow to reply and post is good but I preferred the old way as it had the old posts on the same page.

on quick look:
aesphetics = teh suck. maybe it aint working right on my firebird or it isnt finished, but it really doesnt look right (there supposed to be this orangy-brown colour all over the place? image). think i prefer the old look to the kind of winXP-ified new one. also, My Forums isnt snapping to 1024x768 or something, so I have to side-scroll (no biggie but annoying).
On threads, I get the quick page links (i.e. "Pages: [ 1 2 3 4 5 >> Next ]") but on forums there's only back or next page, like "<< Previous pg. 2 Next >>", which is minor nuance.
and if I get asked what my mothers maiden name is one more farking time... I'm getting asked it every other time I change page here.

I like the new icons, i like the new reply window, i like how people can no longer affect the size of their posts if they use a long string of images / characters.
I do not like all the wasted space. It seems like there is more wasted space in this version than in older ones. In a forum, you should be constantly seeking a minimal interface that focuses on the information people post, since that is what people will want / need to read. The interface should be practically invisible.

The color schemes and lines between messages suck in this one. Also it's buggy you have to log out for profile changes to show up. "Dark" scheme has a lot of white on light grey now especially if you hit the "My forums" button, which is hard on the eyes. (Even worse if you run with an inverse gamma ramp....)
