The black scheme isn't to bad, but that bar between each post with the color, its gotta go. Everything is fast here though, nice and speedy.

I probably haven't been using it long enough. Something to test at work tomorrow, I suppose.

i don't see any difference between the old icons/avatars and the new ones... they do look a tiny bit clearer, but they seem to be the same... I don't mind the color scheme... however the HORRIBLY SLOW load time hurts! Also the missing Navigation listbox at the BOTTOM of the screen is also annoying

it was like that since i was logging in. took like 5 tries because it kept timing out.

seems to be better now though.

Seems a few things like that are polished. Like links aren't underlined, just the text is highlighted. Thats kinda nice

This sucks really bad. What the hell happened to the damn
"ascending/descending" thread view, and the damn
toolbar in IE when replying!! Now you can't use the friggin'
spell checker in IE (IEspell), plus you have to go though 85+
pages to get to the most recent damn message on the specific
mobo threads!! Furthermore, you have no idea if your post has
been posted because that ridiculous PopUp window just "sits"
there, you have to go back to the threads and refresh to
see if it worked, and you can no longer simply scroll down to
see the thread and refer back to it while you are replying!!!
Also, I try in a feeble attempt to get my "profile and
settings" back to what they were, and nothing will work
because it says my #$@%& sig. file is too long!!! It was ok a
few seconds ago after the first change I made!! Why screw
with a good thing????? Now this damn message won't post
because of a friggin' "server error":

Geeze, this is pathetic!! The site also even SLOWER than
before, something I previous thought to be impossible. 10
minutes for pages to load even on broadband and now
when it FINALLY loads it's another damn server error. Every
link I click I get the password reminder crap again. Let's
see, is there more? YES, there is: what the hell is deal with
this "white area" at the top of every thread......WITH WHITE
TEXT!! White on white??? The only way to read it is to drag
your mouse over it!! What's up with these ridiculous text
input form areas where we type our text??? The fonts are even
smaller that before, plus it's D. gray on L gray making it
even harder to see!! Guess I'll have to find another
forum. I've been trying for hours to get back to my P4C800
thread, and can't. This is just too much BS to put up with. You'd
think the forum owners would check these things out before
making such drastic changes. REALLY bad move guys. We all
not only love these forums but NEED THEM, however you're
going to lose a lot of members over this until you put things
back they way they were.

They should get rid of the "Report this to a Moderator" and colored bars. They are a complete waste of space, and I'm prefectly capable of posting in forum issues if I have a problem with someone's post.
The regional settings also aren't working (yet?) It shows me all the times in GMT instead of GMT -5 as I have it in my profile.
The default color scheme sucks but I haven't fooled around in the config to find a better one yet, so we'll see about that.

The speed is obviously related to the restoring it'll be back to normal shortly, I'm sure. I'm really hoping that they put in some sort of quote nesting limitation so that people can't quote the last 84 people in the thread like they could in the previous version.
