I picked the Cool look. I'll have to try the others now that the save profile settings bug is fixed.

Sure we can. I hate this. WTH is up with the funky colors and screwy graphics? This is the worst thing since the loss of the blue shocked smiley.

When I use my laptop, it takes me straight to the quick search box on top of the forum pages. I have to tap my pad on something in order to use the arrows to scroll down the page. I check out a thread and it the backspace and instead of being where I was in the list, it takes me back to the search box again. I really dont like the new format, especially for my laptop, if we can get a old look format that we can select in our profile would be great.

Edit: What happened to the quick reply I had docked at the bottom of a thread?

after i changed the color scheme (grey, closest to previous version) and fixed the time, i've kind of gotten used to it. i don't like how after i reply i have to press back twice to get back to the main screen, and i'm still trying to figure out what's improved. maybe it would placate some people if the mods or zuni came out and told us?

Anybody notice how the title column in my forums is very small but category is very big resulting in a very badly spaced webpage.

Also I still don't like the yellow color or the titles and mostly the space in between posts.

And is there a way to coose the look I want like jalaram said? If so can someone tell me how as I can't find the setting.

I like just about everything except the yellow bars between posts - that has got to go.

Click the "Personal Settings" tab under Profile. I like the gray best, but others seem to like black. Either will swap out the yellow for something less pug-fugly.

not much of a problem with the look, its the functionality thats lost..

-clicking on a user in your PM folder will bring up his profile, not a message history, you have to go to the send folder to even find out what you said.

-it kept on wanting me to put in my mothers maiden name everytime i wanted to view a post, hopefully its remembered now.

-you cant select by page in the forum list, only within the posts.

aesthetically, it looks like an application on sun workstation all xwindows style (bleah)
especially the nasty gray java looking buttons up top (new topic, profile, etc..)

the last version was so clean and functional, very darn near the best on the web, why the change?
is there new functionality? I havent seen any yet...

Looks too cartoony, and I don't much care for the colored shading in the reply box. Haven't played with it long enough to make up my mind yet.

EDIT: Don't like how it brings you to the first page after you reply either.

It's definitely kid like. Invision & Vbulletin continue to get better and look much more professional. Fusetalk looks like something from pre-k

It's still there - it is the curved arrow. Though I guess I remember hearing that it was different in Firefox (which I disliked and quickly uninstalled) . . .
