gov. paid rent. like i rent it out to people who are low income/welfare recepients. guranteed to get my check each month, plus HUD (housing and urban development) keeps their asses in line (makes sure the yard is mowed, etc.)
<< BTW Bruno...............I had some rental properties up until two years ago.............what a major pain in the ass!!!! Wasn't real bad until they got paid off.........then crap started happening.......people began tearing things up and skipping out (even with good refs.) and the taxes after they're paid off REALLY Bite!!! >>
seems to depend on where you live. from what ive heard if i didnt live in texas i wouldnt be doing it. all i have to do is give 10 days notice and they are gone. had to turn the gas off on some people the other day because they didnt put it in their name like they said and i got a bill. sent it to HUD and to her and told the gas co. to shut it off. dont mean to be an ass about it, but she had 30 days, tough poop. i mean she gets her entire rent taken care of, she could at least keep up with one phone call. she doesnt pay me the full invoice in 30 days her ass is out. from what i've heard there is no way i could do that in other puss states like mass. sometimes the only way to get something done is to be a hard ass 🙁
