He deserves to suffer the same amount of pain that he inflicted on innocent animals.

Saying that he was sorry doesnt take away from the fact that he was wasted and ran down some dude. You must be one of them tree huggers to put an animal life at a higher level than a human. I am not saying that that what Vick did was okay, but when it comes down to it, they were dogs.

The difference is that one was a mistake, drinking and driving, while the other was a period of behavior that went on for YEARS that is so cruel I do not know how anyone could possibly inflict that much pain on another living creature for FUN. He did it for FUN. And he was NEVER sorry he did it, only that he got caught.

But wasnt Stallworth out having FUN that night? I bet he wouldnt have been sorry if he didnt get caught either.

People kill all sorts of innocent animals all the time in all sorts of ways. Often just for their horns or skin. The state sanctions it. It's often cruel.

Animals are often treated cruelly on some sort of farm, then killed, and shipped to the grocery store in bloody pieces.

They are usually delicious.

None of those reasons make it right.

And Stallworth didnt torture the guy before he killed him or not attempt to take responsibility.

Oh so you are a pro-PETA post. Got it.

Human life > animal life. End of story.

Brady
Peyton Manning
Brees
McNabb
Rivers
Rodgers
Eli Manning
Roethlisberger
Schaub
Flacco
Matt Ryan
Romo
Mcnabb
Cutler
Hasselbeck

listed 15 starting qb's that no one can deny are better qb's than Vick. That leaves Vick at 16 out of the starters. 16 out of 32 teams seems pretty mediocre to me. I didnt even include Bradford or Stafford in the conversation because they are unfinished products but anyone in their right mind would take Stafford or Bradford before Vick so he's really at 18.:/ Damn forgot Palmer. Make it 19.

you forgot cam newton and perhaps sanchez.

Vick has never been and never will be considered a elite level QB. BUT he does give his team a chance to win. you always need to account for him when he is on the field.

LOL @ everyone jumping at Vick not having as good a year. DeSean Jackson gives up on routes and couldn't care less half the time. His o-line completely blows. The play calling blows.

And yet nobody is giving Philip Rivers shit for sucking ass this year more than just about any QB, even though he has consistently played his worst when it matters most.

Well, he's definitely taken a step back... I still think he's a borderline top 10 QB (not including Manning), but barely. Honestly, I'm not sure why they have Vick pass so much when they can hand off to McCoy who rips off like 7 yards a carry. But still, Vick is definitely regressing.

Not sure about the exact rankings, but I'd put Vick around the 8-12 range. Ugh.

Putting Rivers at 7th invalidates your whole post. His ability to turn the ball over when the game is on the line this year is unbelievable. 21 turnovers in 9 games...the only reason they even have 4 wins is by squeaking out wins against truly horrible teams (Vikings, Chiefs, Dolphins, Broncos).

I know, i put together the list in like 3 minutes... honestly the point of the list was to rank Vick roughly, not to give the end all be all QB rankings. I'm not sure why it invalidates my entire post, but w/e.

Also, how far do you put Rivers based on a half season, after several seasons of excellence? I still wouldn't put him below 10, even though he's been terrible (i'm acutely aware of this having drafted him in fantasy).

Several seasons of excellence? Lol. Does he have moments of brilliance? Definetely. He has a great game and is a good qb but not greatxand not top 10.

Every year the chargers start slow, play like shit even. This pick it up and play great until the playoffs and then suck ass and make a first round exit.

Rivers and Romo are the same. They are not good leaders and that's why both may go their whole careers without winning a championship. Both good qbs that are sometimes great and are both assholes and terrible leaders.

Cutler may have this problem too. Vick too even. There are others that fit this description but to single out Vick is pretty funny. Alex smith will get closer to sniffing the Lombardi trophy then rivers ever will.

I hate to say this but Tony Romo played with broken ribs earlier this season and lead his team to a comeback win. Vick threw for 128 yards and 2 int's.

Vick didn't have DeSean Jackson to throw to and also didn't have Maclin for a lot of the game. Kinda hard when you don't have your #1 and #2 receivers to throw to.

Bah, what do I care. GO NINERS!!! :D

I am so glad his team is stinking. This sorry excuse for a human being does not deserve to have anything good happen to him. I just hope he gets killed or raped soon.

Has a large black man ever been raped? Outside of a Quentin Tarantino film of course?
