So I got home,
Prime95 failed at 11 hours and and 7 minutes it said, "FAtal Error: rounding was .5, expected less than .4
I was also running 3dmark06 at the same time. I maxed out all settings and set it to run for 11 hours 4 minutes in a continuous loop until failure.

At the time of the failure my room-mate said he had disconnected the router / cable modem. I am not sure if this would have any play ( which I doubt) But I was wondering what you would suggest I look at next. The cpu itself idle is at 27C from the MBM reader.

So, at least with the voltage that you were giving it, 2.6 Ghz is about all you're gonna be able to do. That's about average for Venice 3000's. Now, you're gonna have to decide whether it's worth it to you to raise the vcore, or just stay at 2.6 Ghz, with that vcore. Also, it still isn't time to run SP2004 for 12 hours, unless you're planning on leaving that expensive RAM @ 100 Mhz.

No definitely not,
I got it at 150 atm and I am trying to think out from what we have posted how to get it to at 180 hopefully.

I was talking about your cpu, of course. But, the same thing applies to your RAM. You aren't even going to be able to go to the 166 divider, unless you've got a 120mm fan on your RAM, and are giving it more voltage.

So at this point its about getting a fan on the ram increasing the voltage on the Dram. Then moving it to 166. Last night I Prime 95'd at 3.0 volts @ 150(dram) and it was fine until this morning. The temperatures are hovering around 50C. The guides say this is the Caution point and when I go above 55C is when there are probs. I have the HTT set to 3x. Should I move it to 4x? Or does it not really matter since @ 4x it will be 1060x2 which is above 2000.

Stable since friday at 2.6ghz running on a 150MHZ divider. Next thing is to get it stable at 166mhz.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone it is prime stable @ 2.6 GHZ I had it running for 7 days and just got my first hiccup last night. So I backed it down to 2500 mhz. This is like a drug. Now I want test the other venice I have lying around. I probably should have sold it when I got it 1 1/2 years ago lol. Now its worth change.

Edit:
Actually I reallly like the idea of the cooler Pro... However how do I find what the metal is on my retail Venice3200 Cooler?
